Chris Winogradzki Architects, Inc. is established in 1992 architectural design and build firm that provides a full range of architectural services for residential, commercial, and industrial construction, supported by over 40 years of experience. In 2007-2008 the company has begun using a new high tech approach with the BIM-Building Information Modeling based on Autodesk "Revit" software. This new innovation enables architects and engineers to create detailed, 3-dimensional models that contain all architectural and structural information as well as electrical and mechanical systems. BIM was designed to build the facility virtually prior to building it physically so that detailed analysis can be accomplished early in the process, problems can be worked out electronically, and decisions can be made earlier at lower cost prior to physical construction. Its purpose is also to collect data at its point of creation and enter that data only once, allowing it to be used, improved, and passed..
