LIGHTHEADED - Key Persons
It is a proud fact that Annette was Lightheaded's first and best hire. Annette oversees Lightheaded's finance, human resources and administration departments to mention but a few. With her dynamic personality & exceptional leadership qualities, Annette plays a vital role as a team leader to the organization. She has worked closely with Norm to create a passionate and fun corporate culture.
Christine works in all aspects of customer service from spearheading new programs to heading up the shipping department. The consummate people person, Christine is funny, friendly, has a contagious laugh and holds the office record, achoo, for the most sneezes in a row.
When Dave isn't racing between customer meetings and trade shows he'll likely be running, swimming or biking. Dave is a veteran of three Ironman Triathlons and many long-distance endurance races. Known for his boundless energy, resourcefulness and can-do attitude, Dave oversees sales in Central Canada and the United States.
Dave is our Sales Coordinator and a gifted songwriter. A former touring musician and an accomplished artist, this busy father of two now keeps our sales department humming right along. Dave's collaborative nature and talent for problem-solving have made him an integral part of our sales team and instrumental to our success.
If you spot Eric zipping through the airport, the young, 6'6" tall South African is not en route to his basketball team practice, but likely a lighting trade show or customer meeting. Resourceful, supportive and a quick problem solver, Eric oversees inside and outside sales as well as the central and eastern United States.
A professional number cruncher and amateur cycling enthusiast, Ian heads up our accounting department. Our resident polymath, Ian has a degree in Engineering, an MBA and a CPA - CMA designation. Somehow, he has also found time to cover a distance equal to the circumference of the earth on his bike.
This former good-time guy, is now the proud grandfather of three who is happy to flash baby photos at the drop of a hat. Jai is the vital nexus between sales, customer service and production, ensuring that jobs meet or exceed Lightheaded's exceptional quality standards
When she isn't assisting callers or helping customers with their lighting needs, Meghan is a caregiver for her cousin James who lives with a disability. An avid traveler and closet tapdancer, Meghan likes to relax by shuffling off to Maui every chance she gets.

Patient, fair and a bit restless, Norm is equally at ease in a board meeting or working with his staff on the production line. Norm started the company more than 30 years ago hauling light samples around to commercial and residential contractors, taking feedback and fine tuning the company's now extensive product line.
Guzzling coffee and slipping out early before a long weekend may be a few of Russ's vices, but this product developer makes up for it with his superior research, design and development of LED luminaires. Russ was instrumental in the design of the patented JZ adjustable fixture.

The newest member of our senior management team, Steve leads Lightheaded's business development efforts. A former National Soccer Champion, this father of three now gets his kicks playing team sports, coaching kids, and helping our sales team surpass their goals.
