Das Plastic is the manufacturer of UHMWPE plastic. We process UHMWPE Sheets by compression moulding up to 300 mm thickness. The size of the Sheet is 1000mm x 2000mm. We manufacture products such as suction box covers, hydrofoils, doctor blades etc., which are largely used in paper industries. We fabricate the articles from the slabs as per the drawings of the customers... There is no shortage of different engineering plastic for manufacturing machine parts but a picker, a liner, a chain guide, a bearing bush or a gear isnt necessarily better just because its made from plastic. The question whether it is superior in all respects to the same part made from a different material is decided by its processing technique.
