Allison Hoffman

Allison has been in the gift industry for over 20 years. She began working part-time in a Hallmark store through college. Afterwards, she worked as the buyer at her family's Hallmark store in Melbourne, FL where she developed a passion for the gift industry.

Ashley Hall - VP

Job Titles:
  • Vice President
Ashley originally worked for Darrah in the early 2000s. Fifteen years later and after starting her family and working in the non-profit world, she came back to work for Darrah part time handling the finances and HR. She is a nurse by education but has pivoted slightly over the past 20 years. Prior to working for Darrah & Co., she lead a non-profit housing organization in the inner city of Richmond, Va. While she has little formal experience in the gift industry she has been surrounded by it her entire life. What she lacks in experience she makes up in drive and energy.

David Holcomb

Job Titles:
  • Assistant Showroom Manager
David comes to Darrah & Co. with many years of experience in all phases of the gift industry. His wealth of knowledge of all things relating to a showroom has proven to be quite an asset to our team! David wears many hats in our company which include customer service, assisting the reps on the road, managing Facebook Lives, online ordering and general show/showroom set up. He will be the first to greet you when you visit our showroom!

Kim Benton

Kim has been in the gift and home decor sales industry for 26 years and has a true passion for partnering with her customers to make them successful. Through selling, she has built amazing relationships with her customers and coworkers and many of them have become like family and great friends. Bringing a smile and joy to her end customers is why she loves being in the gift industry and is so passionate about it.

Larry Campbell

Job Titles:
  • Showroom Manager
Larry joined the Darrah management team in 1999 after 12 years as a buyer in the specialty retail market. With the title of Showroom Manager, Larry does it all: from sales to database management, vendor interface, catering and showroom layout. In fact, he's that fellow opening the showroom doors when you arrive for breakfast during Market and the one who closes the doors at night! We've found that if there's a problem, Larry is the one to solve it!

Mary Salter

Mary has been part of the Darrah Family for over 20 years! Formally, Mary covered all of Southeast Florida for Darrah. A few years ago she decided to make a change but didn't stay away long! She has rejoined us and focuses on the Florida Keys. Mary is a Florida expert! She is hard working, consistent and her customers adore her.

Olivia Stockton

Olivia has been in the retail world since she was 16, she has been a buyer for the past 8 years. Small business is one of her passions, and she's excited to continue her career helping other businesses bring joy to their customers. Olivia loves spending time with her family, especially her two nieces, Sadie and Sydney. The coast is her happy place. She looks forward to meeting all her new customers!

Rachel LeSuer

Rachel joined Darrah & Co in 2016. Rachel is originally from Georgia - she moved to Nashville to go to college and never left. She loves everything about Nashville (except the traffic). Rachel has worked in the gift industry as a rep for about 15 years based primarily in Middle TN. She loves her customers and is always inspired by their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Rachel is one of the hardest workers we have on our team, we are so proud to have her!

Susan Weinstein - VP of Sales

Susan comes to Darrah & Co. after 25 years with the Nilan Company. She served there as sales manager for many of those 25 years and brings with her a wealth of experience in the gift industry. Susan joined us as an Open Territory Manager who was responsible for servicing all open territories within Darrah & Co. She now is our Director of Sales and manages all of the sales associates on the road! Susan also covers some key accounts for us. She brings with her extensive knowledge and experience with sales as well as her outstanding managerial abilities. Susan has proven herself to be a wonderful asset to our team.

Vicki Darrah - Founder

Vicki began her career as an executive trainee in New York at Bloomingdales in the late 1960s. She later became an assistant buyer at Bloomingdales. She married in late 1967, moved to Louisville, Ky., and worked as an assistant buyer for a small specialty retailer. Eventually, she and her husband moved to Atlanta, Georgia and Vicki worked for Rich's as a buyer in the Children's area. Taking some time off to begin a family, she returned to the business world in 1979 and worked as an outside sales rep in the gift industry developing another rep agency's business in Metropolitan Atlanta. In 1989, she invested in purchasing an existing rep company in the southeast, changed the name to Darrah & Company, Ltd. and began building one of the top rep agencies in the U.S.
