However, we first work with our client to ascertain the client's goals for that matter, and then develop a project plan and budget that satisfies the client's goals. We also help the client put together the right team for the project, for instance, if the client needs day-to-day antitrust advice, we will work with an antitrust specialist, not a litigator who had handled a few antitrust cases, but just happens to be down the hall... Our firm primarily handles commercial litigation and arbitration matters in California and bankruptcy litigation matters throughout the country.
