DAVID E FITZPATRICK

After I completed my studies at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in Guitar and Lute performance I received my Masters in Musicology from the University of Michigan. I followed that with study in London with Nigel North. Not being attracted to an academic career, I went into woodworking building furniture and cabinetry. Lute and guitar building was always a plan and I built my first instrument about 20 years ago.
