Bill is an experienced financial analyst with multiple years of experience in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting across several industries, mainly in the banking and leasing industries. This experience includes accounting, auditing, billing, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, account reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis as well as project accounting and billing.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley College as well as a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.

Bob is a highly-skilled and accomplished Architectural Designer, with almost 30 years of experience. He has worked on a multitude of projects in commercial and residential design from retail fit-outs and medical offices, to additions, historical renovations and large scale subdivisions/apartments. He is known for his attention to detail. He brings a collaborative work ethic to bring beautiful yet practical projects to realization. Bob holds Bachelor's degrees in Architectural Engineering and Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Brian is an architectural designer at The Colwell Group, where he has been a valued member of the team since May 2022. Specializing in both commercial and residential projects, Brian brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his roles. Prior to joining The Colwell Group, Brian gained experience in structural design while working in the engineering department at National Lumber for four years. In addition, Brian spent two years at B&D Construction, where he served as both a designer and a construction estimator. This unique experience allowed him to bridge the gap between design and construction, ensuring that his projects were both practical and feasible within budgetary constraints as well as providing support for inhouse structural design. Brian has a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Building Engineering from New England Institute of Technology and is expected to receive his M.Arch from Boston Architectural College in 2024.

Hualian is an experienced interior designer of commercial and residential spaces, She is highly skilled in finding and absorbing new design solutions and is able to grow along with an ever-changing industry. Hualian loves solving interior design problems and achieving clients' distinct tastes. Hualian earned a Master's Degree in Interior Architecture from Boston Architectural College and a Bachelor's Degree in Art Design from Yanbian University.

Jamie is the Director of Commercial Design and joined the Colwell Group in 2018. He directly oversees the development and production of all commercial projects in the firm. Jamie graduated from Roger Williams University with a Bachelor of Architecture, and has been a registered architect since 2003. Jamie has extensive experience in corporate offices, banking, retail, hospitality, education, industrial and multi-family housing projects. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Jamie oversees the integration of sustainable design practices and energy conservation into the design process. He also acts as a code consultant resource to the firm.
Jamie has volunteered in the Roger Williams NCARB mentorship program, helping to provide experience to architecture students to gain experience towards the accreditation process. He also has served on several boards to help mold the design of projects in his local town.
When not in the office, Jamie enjoys playing golf, and playing sports with his 3 sons.

Highly skilled in business development, managing capital and operational budgets, capital projects, and corporate-level architectural and construction management portfolios.
Kristine Colwell is a skilled project coordinator, bringing her expertise and organizational skills to ensure the smooth execution of various aspects of the business. Kristine excels at coordinating, managing resources, and facilitating effective communication behind the scenes, resulting in successful project outcomes. Her passion for client satisfaction and commitment to delivering high-quality work make her an invaluable asset to CG.
As Senior Interior Designer at the Colwell Group, Madison specializes in delivering design solutions that are functional, practical, and a reflection of our clients' needs. She has led the design of numerous residential and commercial projects bringing them from concept to completion. Her keen eye for details, forward thinking approach to design, and innate desire to make visions come to life, enables Madison to guide clients' through every phase of the design process.
Madison received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Interior Design from High Point University. She now holds her NCIDQ certificate as a certified Interior Designer.
Max is a current intern with DCA who has been with the team since May 2021. With over 8 years of Architectural Drafting experience, he has worked at DCA for both of his co-ops during his time at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he recently received his B.S. Arch, with a concentration in Adaptive Reuse, in April 2023. He is expected to receive his M.Arch from Wentworth in April 2024. He is well-experienced in both residential and commercial projects and collaborates closely with the rest of the DCA team to help exceed client expectations.

Phil has been with Colwell Group since 2012, and has managed projects across the spectrum of the firm's portfolio, including residential alterations and additions, custom homes, commercial office and retail spaces, entertainment venues, cultivation facilities, and more.
As Director of Residential Design, he oversees all of Colwell Group's residential projects, and engages with clients throughout the project, from the initial consultation, to the delivery of permit and construction documents, and beyond.
Phil is a graduate of Roger Williams University, earning Bachelor of Science of Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees.
