Attorney Toney Pignatiello is a United States Army Veteran, Trojan Horse Trial Skills graduate, and Native American attorney committed to fighting for justice. He was the managing partner in his last firm and has built a successful practice advocating for those who need legal representation as well as helping those that want to do it themselves.
Attorney McCann is a partner at Diana, Conti & Tunila, LLP. She graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law with honors. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Attorney McCann earned her bachelors degree from the University of Notre Dame with Majors in History and Economics.
Attorney Sheridan is a partner at Diana, Conti & Tunila, LLP and his principal areas of practice include family law, criminal defense, residential and commercial real estate transactions, foreclosures, business and commercial law, landlord and tenant disputes, will and probate matters, and civil litigation. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Connecticut. He graduated from Massachusetts School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar within the same year. Cathryn-Jean Fleming is a partner of Diana, Conti & Tunila, LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Attorney Fleming practices real estate, estate planning and is experienced in the variety of practice areas before our Probate Courts. She is a member of the Tolland County Bar Association, Manchester Bar Association and Connecticut Bar Association. She serves her community as a Board of Director for Trinity Health New England/Johnson Memorial Hospital. She also serves on the Governance and Nominating Committee and on the Compliance Committee for the Hospital. Attorney Fleming enjoys people and the variety of challenges brought to our practice.
Rick Conti is a partner of Diana, Conti & Tunila, LLP and has been practicing law with the firm since 1979. He graduated from the University of Connecticut School Of Law in 1979 and graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelors degree in psychology from the College of the Holy Cross in 1975. He represents a large variety of clients, including individuals, corporations, and municipalities. He is admitted to the following bars: State of Connecticut (1979), United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (1979), United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit (1989); United States Tax Court (1998). He is a member of the Manchester, Hartford County and American Bar Associations, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice.
