Here we created a learning program for a rapidly growing company to help onboard new employees through a creative model of a cafe and menu selection of key learning practices of the energy procurement industry... My time at Focus on the Family revolved around multiple projects though mostly focused on global development and innovations. We worked hand in hand with the 20+ global offices to build shared best practices, global assessment tools, product innovations, and more. Additionally, we served the highest levels of leadership to help shape and craft future strategies.
