Ann Marie has practiced law since 1991 and has extensive experience in contested hearings, negotiated settlements, and trials. She is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization. Formerly a partner at Shapiro, Buchman, Provine & Patton, LLP, Ann Marie has been operating her own offices since 2003. She focuses her practice on Family Law, particularly complex marital dissolution actions with property disputes involving business valuations, real property claims, stock options, preservation of separate property interests, and child or spousal support based on actual or imputed income.
