Amanda has lived in Keller since 2013 with her husband, teenage son, cat, dog, and large houseplant collection. She brings a nurturing spirit and more than 15 years of customer service, management, and bookkeeping experience to the firm. In her downtime, she loves attending live music events and spending time with friends and family.

Cass is a long-time resident of Grapevine, TX. She offers years of experience in business development, client relations and leadership. She has a servant's heart and enjoys volunteering in the community. In her spare time, she loves to travel, watch sports, visit breweries and wineries, and especially spend invaluable time with her friends and family.
Melanie is a Texas native who recently relocated to the DFW area from Houston. She received her BA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and is completing her MBA at Louisiana State University with the plans to become a CPA. With a passion for tax, she is excited to be a part of the Decision Financial team! Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, accidentally killing her houseplants, taking cruises, and trying out new breweries.
Monika Heaton has over 30 years of experience guiding business professionals to make smart tax and financial decisions.
Like Monika, Riley is a native Californian, but glad to be here in Texas. Riley did a few years of college back in California for liberal arts and spent a great deal of time tutoring others. He enjoys the arts scene, whether it is visual or performing arts. In his spare time, Riley draws, attends musicals, writes, and goes hiking. He has been with Decision Financial for many years and was recently promoted to payroll processing in the office. He looks forward to working with you and ensuring your employees are paid on time.
Yvonne is a Native Texas born and raised. She has over 25 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience with an Associate degree from TCC in Business Administration. Yvonne loves watching baseball on all levels, especially the Texas Rangers - even when they are losing. In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys seeing her grandchildren and exploring botanical gardens. She was raised to always treat others as you would like to be treated, and does her best to live by this rule. She looks forward to meeting and working with you.
