The firms principals are registered professional engineers with specializations in geotechnical engineering and hydraulics and hydrology. DelMar Land is a certified WBE/DBE firm from DELDOT(Delaware Department of Transportation) and MDOT(Maryland Department of Transportation)... DelMar Land has provided design/build and construction management services for residences, churches, commercial buildings, stream crossings and storm water managment upgrades. Current projects include project engineering for the completion of the Clemson Corner Shopping Center in Frederick, Maryland and the restoration of a 100-year cottage in the Milton, Delaware historic district.
