Clarice Brabbins

Clarice Brabbins joined DBNP in March 2021. She brings diverse skills and knowledge to the office with her extensive management and administrative experience in the legal field and property management industry. She has handled a wide variety of real estate transactions which includes residential and commercial conveyances. When Clarice is not at the office, she is keen on physical fitness but particularly enjoys curling and other activities that can be enjoyed with friends. She also has a passion for animals, history and genealogy.

Daniel Boisvert

Daniel Boisvert, commissioned as a notary public in 2008, has resided in the municipality of Delta for more than 30 years. His aspiration to pursue a career as a Notary Public, serving the residents of Delta, came from a strong desire to live and work in his community. Daniel's professional background includes eight years in various business-to-business capacities in the industries of technology and medicine along with four years in the financial services sector as a Financial Planner. As a Notary Public Daniel is required to participate annually in continuing education programs to ensure his knowledge is current. Daniel provides many services as a Notary Public with a focus on Real Estate Purchases/Sales, Will Writing, Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney and the Notarization of various documents.

Lisa Barnard

Lisa Barnard has been the Office Support Assistant since February 2019. Prior to joining the team, Lisa spent over 20 years working in office environments including Real Estate. Born and raised in Richmond, BC, Lisa and her family moved to Ladner in 1992 and instantly fell in love with the beauty of the tight-knit community. She continues to reside in South Delta with her daughter. Lisa's welcoming smile along with her commitment and willingness to "lend a hand" are proven assets to the DBNP team.

Michelle Reynolds

Michelle Reynolds joined the DBNP team as a Senior Conveyancer in January 2016. Her career began in her father's office 30 years age at which time all documents were typewritten. Michelle, who was born and raised in Tsawwassen, along with her husband Lee, fostered a life with their two children in the community. Michelle enjoys spending time with her family in Osoyoos or riding the back of a motorcycle in her spare time. Michelle's wealth of experience and knowledge, along with her incredible wit and humor ensure an office environment that is not only professional and well run, but fun and enjoyable for the entire team.
