Amaya Cameron

Amaya is interested in Community Engaged Design and Urban Design. It is her intention, as she grows in the field, to create solutions that will respond to and address the issues that are being faced and how they can be integrated to serve its community always considering its historical and cultural attributes. With the goal to become a registered architect, she hopes to use her vision to impact decisions necessary for the built environment. Some notable projects that she has worked on are Sistrunk Early Learning Center and YWCA Virtual Reality Metaverse Lab.

Crispin Walsh

Job Titles:
  • Project Manager
Crispin Walsh is a Project Manager at Design2Form who joined the team in 2015. He has over 25 years of construction experience. He received his Certification in Construction Project Management from San Diego State University. His extensive experience with construction has allowed him to approach Architecture from a constructability and system integration advantage point. Among his many passions are Interior Design, Custom Furniture Design, playing music, and traveling. He proudly manages the Educational, Single-Family Residential, and Inspirational projects at Design2Form. Notable projects that he has worked on are Brownsville Middle School Law Academy (Mock Courtroom) (Miami, FL), and Lindsey Hopkins Technical and Education Center Biomedical Lab (Miami, FL).

Joelle Flowers

Job Titles:
  • Project Architect
Joelle Flowers is a Project Architect at Design2Form. She is originally from Montego Bay, Jamaica. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Summa Cum Laude) from Howard University in Washington, DC (2006) and a Master of Architecture in Suburb and Town Design from the University of Miami (2008). Joelle has over 16 years of experience in the Architectural field including Multi-Family Residential, Commercial, Municipal, and Urban Design. Joelle has also taught as a part-time Lecturer at the University of Miami. As a Registered Architect in Florida and LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional), she takes a special interest in Sustainable Design and Community Oriented Design. She holds an NCARB Certificate (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards) and is a member of USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) and NOMA (National Organization of Minority Architects). Some of the notable projects that she has worked on are the Urban League of Broward County Community Empowerment Center (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Magnolia North Revitalization Project in (Opa-Locka, FL), Marlins Stadium Parking Garage (Miami, FL), 3 Miami Central (Miami, FL) and the Heart and Soul Park (West Palm Beach, FL).

Katherine "Katie" Arredondo

Katherine "Katie" Arredondo is an Architectural Project Manager / Interior Design Coordinator at Design2Form who has over 10 years of experience in the field. She has a Master's degree from FIU in Interior Architecture and an Associate's degree from Miami Dade College in Architecture and specialized in Cruise Ship and Super Yacht Design. She enjoys working on projects that bring people and communities closer together. Her goal as a design professional is to create not only accessible spaces but engaging ones that create interest for the end user. She does this by incorporating sustainable and local design products through the interior and exterior finishes. Some notable projects that she has worked on at Design2Form include Superior Manor Phase II Apartments, Lincoln Gardens Senior Building, His House Children's Home (HHCH), and E.C. Fennell Office Building (ECF).

Maurice Walden

Maurice Walden is a perpetual student of architecture and a professional in the field for over 40 years, having experience in Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality, and R&D. While being CEO and Principal of Walden Design Associates of Philadelphia, New York and Miami, Mr. Walden focused on residential and hospitality, he has worked for and with international architectural firms, providing technical efficiency and construction administration. He has degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Architecture and stood as the President of the Philadelphia chapter of the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA) and a charter member of the American Planners Association (APA). His present goal is to bring experience and mentorship to Design2Form as an added value to the process. Some of his notable projects that he has worked on are Overtown Youth Center (D2F), and Lincoln Gardens Senior Building (D2F) as well as Edition Hotels - Miami, New York and West Hollywood and MoMa Residential Towers, NYC.
