Jon Wyatt

Job Titles:
  • Senior Design Engineer
Jon is a Senior Design Engineer at Delcan Technologies with over 25 years of experience in the Intelligent Transportation Systems industry. He joined DTI in 2004 and is responsible for the programming of embedded control systems applications and developing test procedures and certification testing of NTCIP communications. Jon is currently the lead software engineer for a team developing firmware for an ATC compliant traffic controller with NTCIP communications.

Larry Simmons

  • Business Development Manager
Larry has been involved in vehicle location technologies for over 25 years. He is an expert in telematics, location technologies, wireless communications and systems integration. Larry created the original business plan for the network utilized by General Motors, Onstar division. He led the initial team effort to design the network technology as well as obtain the deployment commitment from General Motors. At Delcan Technologies, Larry is responsible for Business Development helping to grow the Mobile Data Collection business, as well as seeking new opportunities to expand our business around the world.

Russ Brookshire

Job Titles:
  • Manager - IOT and Standards
Russ has over 22 years of experience in embedded programming, embedded design, and project management. He joined DTI in 2006 as the Product Manager for Embedded Systems. During his career he has been active in designing, deploying, testing and commissioning DMS, camera systems, traffic monitoring systems, AVL systems, and environmental sensor systems. Russ has an in-depth knowledge of the NTCIP standards as he serves on the NTCIP 1203 DMS Working Group and the NEMA - 3TS Committee for DMS Hardware Standards.

Scott Epperson

Job Titles:
  • Senior Software Developer
Scott is an experienced senior developer with over a decade of development experience that includes front-end (jQuery, Backbone.js, Dojo.js, JSF, Richfaces, JSP, Seam), back-end (Java, web services, EJB, Hibernate) and database development (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). Scott has worked on a variety of systems during his career, including credit card processing systems, ERP systems, health insurance applications, web portals, and business rules engines. Most recently, he has concentrated on automatic vehicle location, safety service patrol, and snowplow systems, developing architecture and protocols to support multiple vendors' solutions in Delcan's Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) product.
