Prior to 1980 David Paige's company Dependable Sanitation Inc. represented A-Z Office Trailer Leasing, by managing a storage yard and a fleet of office trailers in Rock Hill New York. When A-Z sold their business in 1979 the new owner, GE Capital, was not interested in the Rock Hill location.
