Diamond Designs was originally founded in 1989 by JoAnn Richter, who single-handedly trail-blazed a path as a woman in a male dominated industry. JoAnn's continued concept of timeless designs with top-quality jewelry offered with integrity and value continues on since JoAnn's recent retirement.
