Brianna joined the CFI team in 2019 with a background in banking, collections, and customer service. She currently specializes in Medicare and Ancillary Products. She has been married for 16 years and has two children. Her hobbies include working out, spending time with family, thrift/antique shopping, reading and caring for her pets. She enjoys moonlighting a couple of days each month as a veterinary receptionist.
Jim started with CFI in 2002 and has over 35 years of sales experience. He has specialized in the Health, Medicare, and Employee Benefits field for the past 20 years. Jim has 3 children and lives in Delaware, Ohio. He is an active member of Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce and National Association of Health Underwriters. His passion is helping clients, volunteering and supporting his community. His hobbies include bicycling, traveling and spending time with his family, friends and pets.
Bob started in the insurance industry in 1960 as an agent and quickly rose within five years to upper management. Bob founded Creative Financial Insurance in 1990 and has provided over 50 years of devoted service to the insurance industry. The Life Underwriting Training Counsel awarded Bob the distinguished designation of LUTCF due to his extensive educational background. He specialized in Medicare, Individual and Group health insurance, and Life insurance. Bob is a member of the National Life Underwriters and National Association of Health Underwriters. He has been married now for over 30 years, and has been blessed with 6 children and 4 grandchildren.
Sarah joined the CFI team in 2013 with a background in office administration and customer service management. As a licensed agent and member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, she specializes in Individual and Group benefits. She currently serves as a trustee on the board of NWOAHU.
Her hobbies include fly fishing, hiking, reading and writing. She enjoys volunteering and serving those in need.
