C. Sandra Pyun

Ms. Pyun's practice has focused on defending employers and insurance carriers in matters involving workers' compensation for over 15 years. As part of this practice, Ms. Pyun has handled all aspects of workers' compensation litigation, from hearings to appellate arguments before the Colorado Supreme Court. Ms. Pyun is originally from Detroit, Michigan and received her B.A. Degree in 1991 from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. In 1997, Ms. Pyun received her J.D. fro the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where she was a member of the National Moot Court Team and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable H. David Soet. Ms. Pyun moved to Colorado in 1997 and is now associated with Dworkin, Chambers, Williams, York, Benson & Evans, P.C. in Denver, Colorado. Aside from practicing law, Ms. Pyun enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Christopher W. Crabtree

In 1988, Christopher commenced his handling of high exposure insurance claims while working as the Litigation Manager for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Christopher graduated from Colorado State University in 1987 with B.A. Degrees in History and Social Sciences with a minor in Asian Studies. In 1986, he was a top 5% honor student in World Studies with Semester-at-Sea through the University of Pittsburgh. Christopher received his J.D. Degree from the University of Denver, College of Law, in 1994. David J. Dworkin

David J. Dworkin is a founding member of Dworkin, Chambers, Williams, York, Benson & Evans P.C. He attended the University of Colorado School of Law where he served as Law School Vice President. After graduating in 1985 he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable William F. Dressel. Since 1986, Mr. Dworkin primarily represents insurance companies, third party adjusting agencies, and self-insured employers in workers' compensation and insurance defense matters. He practices statewide and has argued cases before the Colorado Supreme Court and Colorado Court of Appeals. Gary was born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1965. He emigrated to the United States in 1974, and grew up in Denver, attending Manual High School. Gary's family is the most important thing in his life. He is married to Sherry and is the proud father of a 17 year old son, Logan. Gary received his B.A. from Beloit College in 1987 and a J.D. Degree from the University of Denver, College of Law, in 1990. Gary has practiced his entire career with his partners and friends, Geri O'Brien Williams, Steve York. For the last twenty years he has practiced with his other partners and friends, Melissa Evans, David Dworkin and Greg Chambers. The relationship that Gary has with his partners makes coming to work every day a fun and energizing experience. Gary advises and counsels numerous businesses on their employment practices and procedures. He has litigated Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and ERISA claims as well as commercial business disputes, including real estate, construction defect, non-competition and trade secret matters. In addition to litigating in State and Federal Court for the last 25 years, Gary also drafts employment agreement and negotiates severance packages for highly compensated executives. Gary is a frequent lecturer on issues surrounding employment law, and has presented Colorado Bar Association accredited CLE courses on sexual harassment and gender discrimination issues in the workplace. He previously has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers of Metro Denver, Inc. and the Sean McCauley Hope Foundation. Mr. Benson is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Circuit and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Denver Bar Association.

Ms. O'Brien Williams received a B.A. from Northern Illinois University in 1984. She attended Whittier College School of Law where she was an editor of the Whittier Law Review and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts. She obtained her J.D. from Whittier College in 1987. After completing a judicial clerkship in the Chancery Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, she practiced with a Chicago insurance litigation firm until her move to Denver. In October, 1992, she became associated with Pryor, Carney & Johnson concentrating in the areas of insurance coverage, defense, healthcare and commercial litigation. Ms. O'Brien Williams has acted as a mediator by appointment for the Arapahoe and Douglas County District Courts. After graduating from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, Mr. Chambers attended the University of Denver College of Law where he received his J.D. in 1984.
