Hamptons Dispatch is a new company dedicated to providing top-notch concierge construction services to Hampton residents and homeowners. The primary focus is on the maintenance and management of Hamptons "real estate," but we also contribute to a broad range of construction or other tasks for which you may need extra hands or guidance... At Hamptons Dispatch, we understand owning a property can be time-consuming and overwhelming, especially when you're faced with the potential of having to deal with multiple vendors and contractors... HAMPTONS DISPATCH manages "tactical response" teams for property owners requiring maintenance and construction services from Hampton Bays to the end of Montauk Point. While we can serve as a General Contractor, we primarily act as the property owner's "representative," managing contractors and all triple bidding and strategic sourcing of various suppliers.
