We aim to identify, prepare and strategically release model leaders in our society and the Developing Nations, to effect change for the benefit of Mankind... We believe that it is time for men to rise up and maximize the leadership potential that is innate in every man. What better way to effect this change than to lock faith, hearts and resources with leaders cut across the entirety of the Developing Nations and the globe? All geared up with the passion and hunger for change... We believe that if developing nations are able to produce effective leaders who will stand out with integrity and work effortlessly to effect change, then we would begin to see a transition from being called developing or "third world" nations to absolutely becoming first world nations.
