Dr. Kulick has over 25 years of experience in conducting evaluations and offering expert witness testimony. Areas of expertise include the evaluation of emotional distress damages in employment litigation (including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and discrimination), personal injury matters, and medical malpractice. Dr. Kulick has consulted and performed evaluations nationwide including California, Florida, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oregon, and Washington. She is the co-editor of Mental and Emotional Injuries in Employment Litigation, published by the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc.
