Anthony Acosta is a retail broker specializing in the sale and leasing of shopping centers throughout the San Diego County. He is also actively involved in tenant representation, where he has successfully helped numerous national, regional, and local tenants expand their presence throughout Southern California.
With a focus on the private client, Anthony leverages his extensive market knowledge and employs a boots-on-the-ground approach to assess assets, identifying creative solutions to maximize value, and ultimately achieving his clients' real estate objectives. Through his leasing efforts and marketing strategies, he has successfully helped several shopping centers reach 100% occupancy.
Anthony is a native of San Diego, California and graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance.
Anthony is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC), Site Source Retail Broker Network, and Urban Land Institute. Presently, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD). Additionally, he is pursuing the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation as a CCIM Candidate. Anthony is also a California Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Outside his professional pursuits, Anthony enjoys quality time with his wife and Golden Retriever, relishing moments with family and friends. He also enjoys cooking, traveling, and embracing nature through outdoor explorations.
Austin Dias works with some of San Diego's top investors, developers, tenants and landlords (see partial list below) to reach their real estate objectives and has been featured in the San Diego Daily Transcript as one of San Diego's Top Commercial Leaders.
He holds a Master's of Real Estate from the University of San Diego (USD) and was awarded Burnham-Moores Center, James T. Gianulis Memorial, USD Real Estate Alumni Association, Mickey Carhart Memorial/NAIOP, BIA Cares, and the California Home-building Foundation scholarships. During his time at USD he represented the University at the MIPIM property conference in Cannes France which is the largest property conference in the world. Additionally, he was on the USD Argus real estate software team that won the Argus world championship.
During his time studying for his undergraduate degrees Austin was selected by President Richard Rush of California State University Channel Islands (CI) as University representative for the Lean Panetta Public Policy Institute internship in Monterey, CA and Washington D.C. There he studied under Secretary Panetta and interned for Congressman Brian Bilbray of San Diego. Austin earned degrees in Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a second degree in Political Science at CI.
Outside of real estate his interests include sailboat racing and outdoor adventures. Austin brings a history of success from his time at the San Diego Yacht Club as their Junior Racing Program Head Coach. During his tenure, his teams won multiple national championships and the program was voted the best in the country. Prior to that, he was inducted into the College Sailing Hall of Fame as the Student Leader of the Year and was also named All American. Austin lives in San Diego with his wife and three children.
Craig Duhs, along with his brother Scott, founded Duhs Commercial in 2008. Breaking into the business in 1990, Craig quickly became a top producer, earning Rookie of the Year honors. After several successful years at different Brokerage Firms, the brothers started Duhs Commercial and have continued to thrive. Through Retail Leasing and Investment Sales, Craig has had perennial success and continues to be one of the top producing Retail Brokers in San Diego County.
In his 27 year career, Craig has completed over 1,700 lease and sale transactions with total consideration in excess of $700 million. He has sold and leased over 7 million SF of retail space in Southern California. As a broker, he and his team are currently responsible for the lease-up of over 95 properties.
Craig graduated from San Diego State in 1990 with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. His interests include fishing, painting, running, and studying the Bible. Craig is married with two daughters and resides in Point Loma
Craig Duhs became partners in 1990 and have had a great working relationship serving their client's needs. Since the brother team became partners, they have become one of the leading brokerage teams in Southern California. They have successfully sold over 75 retail investments in value of over $900 million dollars. In addition, Scott and Craig have brokered over 1,500 lease transactions. Currently, Duhs Commercial leases over 80 shopping centers throughout Southern California.

Tom Morgan has served the commercial real estate industry in San Diego county in various capacities for more than forty years, which included leasing regional and neighborhood retail centers; representing various retail/restaurant and financial clients; developing retail industrial and office building properties; serving as the Senior Director of Real Estate for the Port of San Diego; providing development and land use concepts as well as comporting financial analyses for the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority; as well as land use and redevelopment studies for outlying airport properties. In addition Tom has assisted local and regional churches in the sale and purchase of over $50 million of such properties over the past few years. Tom has consistently been a "top producer" in several major commercial real estate companies in San Diego.
Marci is an integral part of Duhs Commercial as the CFO since its inception in 2008, founded by Scott and Craig Duhs. She holds a degree in Finance, and oversees all aspects of the company's finances. Marci helped Duhs Commercial define their strategic direction, streamline financial policies and create accountability systems.
Marci is married to Scott Duhs and they have two beautiful daughters.
Rick Wu joins DUHS Commercial with over ten years of experience working with real estate developers and owners in the San Diego Area. During that time he served as the Manager of Leasing and Acquisitions for a boutique development firm in San Diego, as well serving as a retail advisor at a regional commercial brokerage house. Over the years he has participated in everything from the development and leasing of power centers, to retail tenant representation, retail leasing and investment brokerage.
He holds a Juris Doctorate from William and Mary Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
Rob Bloom joined Duhs Commercial in 2012, specializing in the leasing of shopping centers, retail properties, and office buildings in San Diego, Imperial, and Riverside counties representing both landlords and tenants. Rob also represents buyer and sellers in investment acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties and land.
Prior to joining Duhs Commercial, Rob worked at Sperry Van Ness where he played an active role on one of the most productive advisory teams nationwide. Over the years, Rob has completed over 250 sale and lease transactions worth in excess of $250 million.
Scott Duhs, along with his brother Craig, founded Duhs Commercial in 2008. Since entering into commercial real estate in 1989, Scott has consistently been one of the top retail brokers in San Diego County. After a number of years at different Brokerage Firms, he and his brother decided to take a step of faith and open up their own Retail Brokerage Company. Over the last eight years, in spite of the troublesome economy, Scott has continued to thrive, specializing in Retail Leasing and Investment Sales.
