We are a group of like minded professionals who believe in providing an exceptionally high quality of personalized counselling and psychology services. We each have over 15 years experience in the helping professions and most of us have over 10 years experience working as a psychologist or counsellor. We regularly consult together and with other mental health professionals to improve service standards and to maximize treatment effectiveness. We take part in continuing education activities to stay current with new research findings and treatment interventions.We each have specialty areas and specialty training but we are similar terms of our general theoretical approach and foundational intervention training. Each of us is client focused in that we believe it is important to meet clients where they are, develop a positive therapeutic relationship, and work together towards mutually agreed upon goals.
