Our goal is to offer animals that come from parents with the most DNA markers for the Tenderness and Marbling genes that is good and wholesome for you... If you like, we can put your name and information in our meat sales interest data base and e-mail you when we post new animal packages that are available for purchase... Natural grass fed grass finished beef, dna tested for tenderness and marbling. Beef packages are 1/4, 1/2, and whole cow packages. Beef is dry aged and sold by hanging weight.
