Connor G. Sheehan

Connor devotes 100% of his practice to civil litigation. He began his career at a traditional large law firm handling business litigation disputes and defending product liability and wrongful death cases. In 2010, he co-founded Dunn Sheehan LLP, where he litigates plaintiff-side pharmaceutical cases, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, and business disputes. As lead counsel, he has handled cases in over 30 states and tried over 25 cases to jury verdict in trials ranging from a few days to nine weeks. He has collected over $100 million dollars for his clients in contingent fee cases in the last decade.

Patrick K. Sheehan

With multiple awards and 48 years of civil trial experience, Patrick Sheehan has had significant experience in a broad range of complex cases. He earned his law degree from St. Mary's School of Law in 1975, where he graduated first in his class. For years, Patrick represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has tried multiple cases to jury verdict in both state and federal courts. He has tried jury cases lasting two weeks to four and a half months. For the past nine years, his practice has focused solely on plaintiff side wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury, oil and gas, trust and estate, and business torts litigation. Patrick has earned numerous professional achievements, recognitions and awards and is repeatedly named a Super Lawyer.

Annie Banks joined Dunn Sheehan LLP as an associate attorney in 2024 after practicing commercial litigation for three years. She is a zealous advocate in the courtroom, representing both companies and individuals in state and federal court. Her practice is diverse, representing clients in complex business disputes, business formation and acquisitions, construction projects and payment issues, lien and bond claims, and various other contractual matters including fraud, defamation, securities claims and violations, and shareholder and fiduciary disputes. Originally from the Texas Panhandle and a cattle-raising family, Annie brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to the firm, striving to achieve high-quality and personalized results for her clients.

Ty Hunter Sheehan

Mr. Sheehan is a shareholder in the firm and represents companies, partnerships, and individuals in business, commercial real estate, and securities transactions. Mr. Sheehan has experience facilitating stock and asset acquisitions and sales of all sizes as well as corporate finance and venture capital investment matters, and he represents developers and equity investors in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and sale of commercial properties throughout Texas as well as farm and ranch transactions. Mr. Sheehan also has extensive experience facilitating private placement offerings in various business arenas, including in energy, midstream assets, real estate and the life sciences arenas. Mr. Sheehan received his B.A. from Baylor University and his J.D., summa cum laude, from St. Mary's University School of Law, where he was associate editor of the St. Mary Law Journal.
