From hospitality, high tech, and mental health to aviation and automotive manufacturing, Brett brings experiences to produce results. His professional enjoyment is supporting progressive labor legislation, serving as a legislative committee member with the Sacramento Area HR Association and a regular advocate at the state house.

Bud Rice

Bud is a good listener and talented in even the most sophisticated and complex searches. He has had a positive impact on organizations of all shapes and sizes. Bud comes from a technology background and uses a disciplined approach in matching clients and candidates so both benefit long term from the relationship. Prior to joining DWA he worked in the Customer Relationship Management space and has a unique understanding of the importance of building a successful team.

Dick Williams - Founder

Prior to beginning DWA in 1988, Dick had decades of International Sales, Marketing and Operations experience with a variety technology firms. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, he was an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in the early 1960s.

Roxie Vogt

Roxie Vogt brings 30 plus years of global experience in Human Resources, spanning various industries, HR management and executive positions in leading Silicon Valley companies. She has been instrumental with all levels of management and BOD's in finding and selecting candidates for new positions. Ms. Vogt was Chair of the East Bay Executive Human Resources Forum, supporting the continued networking and business relationships of the HR community. Ms. Vogt received her Bachelor of Science degree in Education and Masters degree in Counseling and Personnel from Central Michigan University.

Sam Reinhardt
