Mr. Schmidt has 18+ years of senior-level executive experience in the financial industry, with a demonstrated history of facilitating growth, maximizing profitability, and mitigating regulatory and broader operational risks. Mr. Schmidt has been with EAM since 2004, serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from 2004 to 2007 and as Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer from 2007 forward. He is part of the team that grew EAM from its infancy stage to achieving high-water marks of $3.4+ billion linked to EAM's indexes and trading methodologies and $650+ million in EAM's hedge funds and managed accounts. Mr. Schmidt holds degrees from Villanova University (B.A.) and Hofstra University School of Law (J.D.), and is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and New York as well as the United States Tax Court.

VICTOR SPERANDEO - CEO, President

Mr. Sperandeo is a professional trader and money manager, with over 46 years' experience on Wall Street, trading numerous markets, both independently and for others, including George Soros and Leon Cooperman. Mr. Sperandeo began his career in 1966 and soon became an options trader. In 1971, he founded his own company, Ragnar Options Corp, which would become the largest OTC securities option dealer in the world by 1972. Having gained a reputation as an astute trader of both the long and short side of the market, Trader Vic was hired as an independent trader by renowned investor George Soros, managing a short portfolio for the Quantum Fund during the declining market of December 1981 to July 1982. He has been published in Barron's numerous times, including the features - "Man of all Markets", on May 2, 1983, and "Trader Vic the Ultimate Wall Street Pro", on September 21, 1987 - and been quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Stocks & Commodities.
