Since its inception in 1967, The Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation has committed over 75 million dollars to over 125 Long Beach organizations to support and nurture the children of our community... The Miller Foundation proudly funds organizations serving the Long Beach community with an emphasis on the health and well-being of children in need. Our giving focuses on three program areas: Health, Education and the Arts.HEALTH Located within the newly constructed Earl B. and Loraine H.
