Cliff Frazao - President

Over 15 years, Cliff has helped EagleLIFT evolve into the company it is today. In 2006, Cliff visited Don Moody, Owner and Founder of EagleLIFT, in California to pursue an opportunity to grow EagleLIFT's geotechnical polyurethane business. After being impressed with Mr. Moody's plans for the company and falling in love with Southern California, Cliff decided to join the team. Cliff has over 19 years of chemical grout expertise and 15 years of foundation underpinning experience. In 2002, he earned his Bachelors in Civil Engineering in Ontario, Canada and immediately worked for 4 years with a geotechnical polyurethane contractor. Over his 15 years with EagleLIFT, Cliff has helped instill operational and technical training to its Sales and Operations teams to create one of the foremost geotechnical contractors in the Southwestern U.S. In addition to his operational leadership, Cliff worked in collaboration with EagleLIFT's leadership group to implement a cohesive business plan and systems that have helped EagleLIFT sustain its growth and profitability over his tenure. Cliff has worked with over 11 different geotechnical polymers in a variety of applications that span across all industrial sectors. He has worked in vast amounts of soil types across North America, and has helped design injection techniques that have helped evolve chemical grout applications globally. He has been a member of CalGeo for 7 years. Most recently Cliff worked directly with the University of California San Diego for liquefaction mitigation using geotechnical polyurethanes.

Diana's extensive experience includes overseeing complex supply chain operations, optimizing logistic processes, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. She is a highly skilled communicator and problem-solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding results. Diana's hobbies include traveling, writing, music, and watching football with her family (go Bills!).

Donald J. Moody - CEO, Founder

EagleLIFT prides itself on their experienced employees. Donald J. Moody, CEO/Founder, who brings engineering related management experience. Donald J Moody, M.A. Business Administration/B.S. Mechanical Engineering, brings significant Engineering related management experience to his position. He maintains current Contractors Licenses in California, Arizona and Nevada. His twenty (20) years experience applying two-part chemical grout and foundation peering applications, and his Class A Engineering license have provided a broad and unique view towards problem resolution. Additionally, his prior Engineering background in Logistics with Northrop Grumman, Inc. and his meritorious service in the United States Air Force, (USAF), has brought a real time, results driven, visionary emphasis to the company. He served twenty four (24) years in the USAF and retired as a "Bird" Colonel. He flew B-52 Bombers for half of his USAF career, serving two (2) combat tours in Southeast Asia. It is Mr. Moody's vision for EagleLIFT, Inc. to become the premier company of its kind, leading the industry in the three state area in quality, value and service.

Juan Gonzalez

Juan Gonzalez started his career in public accounting, working with clients in the health/wellness and real estate industry. Juan smoothly transitioned into the EagleLIFT team as the Accounting Specialist in 2022. Furthermore, as a graduate of Cal State Fullerton with a BA in Accounting, Juan is set on performing accounting processes and procedures to facilitate accurate, up-to-date data, which in turn, assists management in the decision-making process. During his tenure at EagleLIFT, he has helped increase transparency and accuracy to improve the company's productivity.

Marina Duron

Marina is a proud mother and grandmother (Am'ma). She loves spending time with her family, trying different restaurants, and enjoys cooking. Call one of our team today! Marina Duron joined the EagleLIFT team in 2011. She brought nearly two decades of client relations experience to the company's Call Center. Marina earned her Bachelor's degree at the University of La Verne. She has held numerous positions including Office Manager, Business Manager, and is currently serving as the company's General Manager and Integrator. The General Manager/Integrator roles include overseeing daily operations while actively working on the company's 1,3,5 and 10 year business plans.

Matthew Eversole - VP of Sales

Matt Eversole joined EagleLIFT in 2017, carrying in his tool belt over 20 years of experience in the general building industry, along with his California State General Building Contractors License acquired in 2011. During his time with EagleLIFT, soil stabilization and underpinning have been his primary focus, offering a plethora of support and expertise to the sales team, and piloting the team in the right direction.

Sarah Burgess

Sarah began her career with EagleLIFT in late 2021. Sarah's background includes over six years in customer service. During four of those six years, Sarah held supervisory and management positions. Sarah's extensive client and employee relations experience qualifies her to represent the company as our first line of contact. She strives to cultivate a relationship with our clients by creating a positive client experience. Sarah is responsible for the company's qualified lead-to-appointment ratio. Her monthly goal is to convert 90% of the qualified leads to assessments. Sarah consistently meets or exceeds her measurable. Her role as a Call Center Representative is to provide top-notch customer relations and create viable opportunities for the Sales Team. Sarah is a mother of two and loves spending her free time with her two young children.

Sharonda Brown

Sharonda Brown is the Project Administrator of EagleLIFT, who believes that client attentiveness should be a company's main priority. With over 10 years of customer service experience, Sharonda ensures incoming contracts and clients are handled with care - starting on the right track. Before becoming Project Administrator, Sharonda started as an administrative assistant at EagleLIFT in 2017, Shortly thereafter, she took on the role of Call Center Manager, leading a team for scheduling client assessments, lunch & learn presentations, and business development convergence with city and government officials. Outside of the office, Sharonda takes a great interest in creative activities such as photography, graphic design, and illustration.
