Bricks Neapolitan Pizza is a locally owned restaurant situated on the St. Croix Riverway's eastern shore. Inspired by the tradition and cuisine of Naples, Italy, we opened our doors in 2005 and have been serving the St. Croix Valley community ever since... We believe one of the most important tenets of Neapolitan cuisine is the use of local, in-season ingredients. We prep our food in small batches to ensure freshness and source as many of our ingredients - from honey to morel mushrooms - as possible through local farmers and foragers in Hudson and the surrounding area.
