Mark S. Peters

Mark S. Peters has been a member of the Florida Bar since June 1981. He is also admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Peters' law practice is focused on litigation. His primary practice areas are personal injury and family law. Mr. Peters also represents clients in commercial and business litigation. His personal injury cases include trucking accidents, automobile collisions, motorcycle accidents and medical malpractice. Mr. Peters is an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, a group dedicated to protecting the rights of injured people in court and in the legislative process, and a member of the Central Florida Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Peters has served as a chairperson of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee, Fee Arbitration Committee and Executive Board of the Brevard County Bar Association. He served as President Elect of the Brevard County Bar Association in 2013 - 2014, as President in 2014 - 2015, and is currently serving as President of the Vassar B. Carlton American Inns of Court. Mr. Peters has been recognized by his peers with the highest rating possible by Martindale Hubble with an AV rating. He has recently been invited to be a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a privilege offered to less than 1% of the attorneys in the United States.

R. Scott Robinson

R. Scott Robinson is a vital member of the firm's criminal defense team as well as a personal injury attorney. A former prosecutor, Scott has handled thousands of cases in Brevard County as both a prosecutor and defense attorney, cases ranging from DUIs to serious felonies. He joined the Florida Bar in 2011 after receiving his juris doctorate degree from the University of Florida. He is a 2001 graduate of that same university, having served two tours in Iraq before attending law school. Following college, Scott enlisted in the Army and later attended Officer Candidate School, becoming an officer. Over the course of his time in the Army, Scott completed Airborne and Ranger school, was deployed twice to Iraq, and was awarded two Bronze Star Medals, a Purple Heart, and an Army Commendation medal for Valor. Scott began his legal career as a prosecutor in Brevard County. Next, Scott worked for a firm defending insurance companies and their insureds. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Brevard County Bar Association. He is the president of the local chapter of the Military Officer's Association. He is on the Board of Directors for the Brevard Veterans Resource Network and Brevard 211 and is a graduate of Leadership Brevard Class of 2015.
