Ashli Hunsberger

Ashli Hunsberger is from Edwardsburg, MI. Ashli graduated from Edwardsburg High School in 2014. She then Attended Grand Valley State University and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. Mrs. Hunsberger then attended Michigan State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate Degree in 2021. Ashli joined Eberhard, Weimer, & Glick, P.C. in June 2021. She will focus in the areas of estate planning, estates, real estate, and business organization. Ashli is admitted to practice in Indiana State Courts.

Bill D. Eberhard

Bill Eberhard divides his practice among both Eberhard, Weimer, & Glick P.C. offices. Mr. Eberhard graduated valedictorian from Prairie Heights Community School in 1972. He attended Indiana State University where he studied as a General Motors Scholar. He graduated in 1976 Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor's degree in business administration. Mr. Eberhard obtained his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University School of Law in 1979, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned his MBA at Indiana Wesleyan in 1990, graduating at the top of his class. Mr. Eberhard has extensive legal experience in all phases of Municipal Government, including but not limited to: litigation, sewer and water matters, zoning law, ordinance and contract matters, environmental matters, and bonding issues. In addition, Mr. Eberhard has represented the smallest units of local government, towns and townships, counties, and even the State of Indiana on various issues. His work regarding towns and townships has taken him to the Supreme Court of Indiana for oral argument. He has extensive experience in all facets of school law. Mr. Eberhard represents a number of insurance companies, as defense counsel, in many different areas of the law. Mr. Eberhard spends the majority of his time in the area of personal injury litigation. His practice includes a variety of litigation matters, including automotive injury and death matters, slip and falls, animal related injuries, products liability, malpractice, liquor license issues, commercial motor carrier accidents, and discrimination matters. His knowledge of metals, and mechanical matters, combined with a strong physics background, gives him a unique insight and understanding of even the most complex automobile accidents. Mr. Eberhard continues to represent individual plaintiffs, a large number of governmental entities, zoning boards, sewer boards, school systems, and insurance companies. Mr. Eberhard also has an extensive trust and estate practice where his business and mathematics training are utilized for application to probate/tax matters. Real estate and business entity formation and operation are also areas which Mr. Eberhard has special insights and abilities. Mr. Eberhard is licensed to practice in Indiana State Courts, the Indiana State Tax Court, Michigan State Courts, as well as the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts of Indiana. He is listed in the Indiana Registry of Approved Civil Mediators.

Cheryl L. Weimer

Cheryl L. Weimer attended Valparaiso School of Law on an academic scholarship, and graduated cum laude in May, 2002. Ms. Weimer received first year academic honors, and was the honor recipient for estate planning, corporate and partnership tax, and other classes. While in law school, Cheryl participated in the Valparaiso Tax Clinic, assisting low income taxpayers with various tax issues, including preparing Offers in Compromise and attending hearings in tax court. Ms. Weimer also assisted with legal research for a brief filed with the Supreme Court in the matter of Zelman V. Simmons-Harris, involving the issue of school vouchers used at parochial schools. Cheryl L. Weimer moved to LaGrange County in 1982 to accept a position with Farmers State Bank Trust Department, LaGrange, Indiana. Ms. Weimer graduated from West Noble High School in 1978. She received an associate degree as a paralegal in 1980 from the University of Indianapolis. Ms. Weimer worked in the trust and retail areas of banking until 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, in Business administration in 1996 from Indiana Wesleyan University. Ms. Weimer has over twenty years of trust and estate experience and has worked in the trust and retail areas of the commercial banking industry. While at Eberhard, Weimer & Glick, Ms. Weimer has had the opportunity to prepare multiple appellate briefs and has participated in oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals involving the issue of powers of appointment. Other published appellate decisions involved the constitutional question of the right to possess firearms. At Eberhard, Weimer & Glick, P.C., Ms. Weimer currently devotes her time to the areas of estate planning, focusing especially on individuals, family farms and family businesses, estate administration and taxation, elder law, real estate, and business planning, Ms. Weimer is admitted to practice law in Indiana State Courts, the Northern and Southern District Federal Courts of Indiana, and in the Michigan State Courts. Ms. Weimer is a current board member of World Gospel Mission, Marion, Indiana and is a member of Riley Professional Advisors Council of Riley Children's Foundation, and past board member of the Angola Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Weimer provides pro bono legal services to LaGrange County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. and various churches and religious organizations.

Dustin A. Glick

Dustin Glick was born in Sturgis, Michigan but is a lifelong resident of LaGrange County. Mr. Glick graduated from Lakeland High School in 2006. He then attended Indiana University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Glick is a 2013 graduate of the Claude W. Pettit College of Law at Ohio Northern University where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. Glick is looking forward to providing his services to the people of the community and becoming an active member community organizations. He devotes his time to the areas of criminal law, county and municipal government and family law. Mr. Glick is admitted to practice law in Indiana State Courts, the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of Indiana. Mr. Glick is also a board member on the LaGrange County Community Foundation.

Rachel E. Tran

Rachel E. Tran graduated from college from the University of Notre Dame in 2008 with an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a supplementary degree in History. In 2011, she graduated from Michigan State College of Law with a Juris Doctorate Degree. During the summer of 2010, she interned for Judge Dewayne, of the Berrien County 2nd Judicial Circuit Court; and in the spring of 2011, she had an extern for the Ionia Prosecutor's Office. She also wrote and edited the law school newspaper, Res Ipsa Loquitur, for a few semesters. Rachel E. Tran is licensed in both Michigan and Indiana; she took the Michigan Bar Exam in November 2011 and the Indiana Bar Exam in February 2013. She is admitted to practice law in Indiana State Courts, the Northern District Federal Courts of Indiana, and in Michigan State Courts. Upon graduation from law school, Rachel Tran worked for a few years as a contract attorney in Michigan. Also, for one year, she was an adjunct professor at both Indiana Tech and Brown Mackie College. In 2015, Rachel E. Tran was hired by Eberhard, Weimer, & Glick P.C. She spent a year as a LaGrange County public defender. She has done work in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: criminal matters; family matters (e.g. divorces, custody disputes, guardianships, estates); personal injuries; contractual issues; torts; BMV issues; matters relating to business entities (e.g. LLCs, corporations, entity reports, minutes) , and real estate work.
