Joann Tolbert-Yancy, President of Jotoski Consulting, offers her expert services in Employment Discrimination Complaints/Charges Investigations. Jotoski Consulting provides thorough objective investigative services of internal complaints and charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar state and local Fair Employment Practices agencies. Carol Dawson, President of EEO GUIDANCE, Inc., provides nationally recognized consulting and training services in the field of Equal Opportunity - Affirmative Action/Employment - Diversity/Inclusion - Harassment (Title VII)-Affirmative Action Programs, along with creating Affirmative Action Programs in compliance with Executive Order 11246. Dawson provides straight talking, ' NEVER BORING' interactive training workshops for the current workforce and beyond. She has been training professionally for over 29 years and sessions include a variety of facts, life/work experiences, statistics, legal decisions, and realistic suggestions for improving your work environment. Dawson served as a certified trainer for the US Dept. of Labor/OFCCP National Office...training new Compliance Officers across the country, including the National Office legal staff. Dawson's mixture of story telling and factual/legal information leads the audience toward understanding the value of respecting diversity/differences while also giving awareness of the equality and affirmative employment laws. Dawson's personal work experiences in the EEO and Affirmative Action arena include: Dawson has been honored with the Louisville Key to the City, the Distinguished Career Service Award (DOL's top employee award), the Louisville American Business Women's Woman of the Year, National Society of Newspaper Columnists' Will Rogers' Humanitarian Award, and the Community Foundation's Women of Distinction Award, and the President's National Volunteer Award. Dawson has donated her time to serve as a Federal Lead Mediator for the Federal Alternate Dispute Resolution Council (FADRC). She has earned a Business Administration degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and is certified by the prestigious Cornell University Business School as a Cornell Certified Diversity Professional/Advanced Practitioner (CCDP/AP). In addition to training, Dawson also provides expert consulting services in the area of equality, discrimination, and diversity/inclusion.
