David Kaszynski

David is the Office Manager and is responsible for the vital daily operations within the company as well as managing our caregiving staff. He has over 12 years of management experience in the Caregiving and Private Duty Industry. Before his dedication in the home care field, he was employed for 20 years at the Pacific Stock Exchange as Director of Operations of the trading floor. David manages the processing of invoicing and is able to answer any questions you have regarding your invoice. He also assists in processing our payroll. David oversees the daily caregiver schedules and assists with verifying client schedules. He is also involved in the hiring, training and retention process of our caregivers.

Janine M. Smith - President

Janine is the President and the owner of Elder Bridge. She is responsible for the business development, financial operations of the company and the coordination of care services for our clients. Janine has over 25 years of home health care experience with both local and national home care companies. In her home health experience, she has created and implemented nursing and pharmaceutical practices while providing direct patient care. Janine has worked in acute and sub-acute settings in both clinical and supervisory capacities. Janine is a Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of Illinois, has credentials in Geriatrics and Physical Rehabilitation and is certified in Dementia Assessment, and Care Management through the University of Illinois.

Roxy Villanueva

  • Scheduling Coordinator
Roxy has been working in the caregiving industry in various capacities for over 18 years. Roxy has delivered exceptional hands-on care for countless patients in the private and corporate sectors of the industry. Additionally, she has experience in the Marketing and Business Development arena of Home Care while she worked in San Francisco. Roxy joined the Elder Bridge team in 2010 and now executes the essential responsibilities of managing and coordinating the client schedules by pairing our caregivers with the individual needs of our clients.
