Lana Clark; change-maker, strategist, efficiency seeker. We call her the Queen of Productivity. Honest and intuitive, Lana helps business owners and their teams cut through the noise, get back to what they do best and challenges them to find a better way. Lana loves small business, particularly financial advice and is ready to roll up her sleeves and help advisers navigate through tricky times, by stressing less & achieving more.
Lana is a Speaker, Coach and Consultant. A master strategist, project manager and accountability coach with over 25 years' experience in Financial Services, including roles within licensee services, advice and advice operations, Lana provides coaching and consulting services to assist her clients to work through the challenges associated with change and business evolution. She is the Co-Author of the Elixir Consulting - Adviser Pricing Models Research report 3rd, 4th and 5th editions and has been published on practice management and business development in industry publications.
Lana's love of helping others is evidenced in her many community contributions, including her volunteer role as Chairperson for the Centre for Women and being awarded the Women in Financial Services Awards - Mentor of the Year in 2016.
In 2022 Lana founded - and now leads, the implementation consulting arm of Elixir, GSD Lab. While still supporting her coaching clients, Lana leads our team of implementation consultants who fly in and out of businesses, helping them to implement their grand plans and manage their change projects.
