EGM Inc. was formed in late 1999 after seeing the large number of unoccupied homes needing refurbishing. The newly renovated homes would be reasonably priced, quality homes with the target market being first time home owners. Working along with Federal, State and Local governments, EGM has been able to return homes back on the tax rolls while helping renters become home owners. Most of our clients have been able to purchase their homes for nothing or little down and their payments are about the same or less than they were wasting in rent.
