The company was purchased from Joy Adams in February 2003 by Leroy Baeza, Chris Lacy and Kristin Cavness, and has recently changed ownership to Chris Lacy and Kristin Cavness, all longtime residents of the Big Bend area. Ellyson Abstract insures three counties in far West Texas. Brewster, Presidio and Jeff Davis Counties all have sovereign plats that date back to the late 1890's...
