On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the start of the Environmental Law Network International, elni is planning to hold a conference before the end of 2010. The topic will be the revision of the IPPC Directive... Call for contributions for the elni Review issue 2/2012:The next issue of elni Review will focus on water. Please send contributions on this topic as well as other interesting articles to the editors by mid-September 2012. We are looking forward to hearing from you!... Finally, we cover recent developments in the law on island protection in China and provide a brief summary of the ELNI-VMR-VVOR congress 2010. This conference addressed the environmental effects of industrial installations covered by the forthcoming European Directive on Industrial Emissions (IED/current IPPC Directive) and took place in Ghent on 17 September 2010.
