Emerald Isle Property Management Inc, was founded by Paul MacKinnon and Stacey Wyand. We are a family-owned and operated business with a strong work ethic. We are committed to our owners and promise to manage their property as if it is our own with only the highest standards... Our goal is to have a seamless relationship with property owners and renters, to ensure the best experience possible for everyone involved. We offer construction management and outsource trades workers when doing renovations, collect monthly rent, and everything in-between... In the springtime, we open cottages, cut grass, do an extensive spring clean, and prepare for the summer season. Throughout the summer, we manage all bookings, do cleanings between guests, offer handyman services when needed, and cut grass. When fall comes, we do a full close down of the property which includes blowing out pipes, and putting away linens and outdoor furniture.
