Ashley Cordle is the Vice President of Agency Operations at Elliott Group. From a young age, Ashley actively worked in several businesses her family members owned and operated in both Wichita, KS, and Houston, TX. This hands-on experience instilled in her a strong work ethic, a passion for customer service, and a problem-solving mindset. In 2004, she began her journey in the insurance industry in Overland Park, KS, when she joined Universal Underwriters Insurance Group. Ashley started in commercial account management, moved into the business development position, progressed into managing various types of commercial teams, and eventually stepped into an active leadership role. Each step of her career has been instrumental, equipping her with the invaluable knowledge and expertise she brings to Elliott Group.
Outside of work, Ashley cherishes her role as a devoted wife to Cameron and a loving mother to her daughter, Charlee, and son, Jackson. The family has made their home in Paola, KS, where Cameron's business, along with Elliott Group, actively contributes to strengthening Miami County's commerce. When not caught up in their children's activities, the Cordle family relishes quality time, whether it's riding in their Polaris RZR or Jeep Wranglers, unwinding by the pool, or soaking in the tranquility of the Lake of the Ozarks.

Becky Hager is the Farm Department Director, Commercial Lines Trainer, and Commercial Account Executive for Middle Market accounts at Elliott Group. Becky has been with Elliott Group for over a dozen years and has earned several distinguished insurance designations during that time. She shines at mentoring her fellow team members and is passionate about providing exceptional service to all our clients.
Outside of work, Becky loves spending time with her husband Chance, and their two daughters, Lainey and Wrenley. They are also excited to welcome a new baby in February! Becky and her family enjoy raising and selling show livestock, meat goats and sheep. They travel to various livestock shows throughout the year, where their daughters compete on a local, state, and national level.

With over a decade of dedicated service to Elliott Group, Brock Elliott stands as a seasoned professional in the insurance industry. Throughout his tenure with the company, he has embraced a variety of roles, cultivating a versatile skillset and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the evolving insurance landscape. Today, as a dedicated producer, partner, and branch manager, his strategic insights and leadership abilities play an important role in the agency's success.
His passion for the broader insurance industry is further reflected in his influential positions within professional organizations. Notably, he served as the KAIA Young Agent Chair and the KAIA Government Affairs Chair, advocating for positive industry changes. On a national scale, Brock's role as the Big I National Young Agent Chair allowed him to champion the needs of young agents across the nation and contribute to shaping the future of insurance.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Brock cherishes his time with his family. As a devoted husband and father, he finds joy in the simple moments shared with his wife and their child. The Elliott family is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their second child, set to brighten their home this December. Their bond and shared experiences form the cornerstone of his life outside the office. When he's not with his family, Brock enjoys golfing and attending live concerts.

Dan McCarville is the Vice President of Sales, Director of Surety, and one of the company's Principals. In addition to leading the sales process for Elliott Group, Dan works with contractors to maximize their surety programs while effectively mitigating the many risks inherent to the construction industry. Before joining Elliott Group, Dan worked as a construction underwriter specializing in contract surety bonds. He spent nearly a decade working for several national insurance companies focusing on large, complex risks throughout the Midwest. Dan loves working with companies of all sizes and prides himself on being a "connector of people". His insurance underwriting background informs his proactive approach to risk management, and he believes that the most important aspect to a successful risk management partnership is a solid relationship.
