Dr. Madison Cole

Dr. Madison Cole received her Doctorate of Audiology from Pacific University, in Hillsboro, Oregon. Prior to obtaining her doctorate, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. Dr. Cole completed her Audiology Residency at Evergreen Speech and Hearing Clinic in Redmond, Washington. While there, Dr. Cole completed rotations that included audiological intervention services, tinnitus management, vestibular diagnostics, and comprehensive audiological assessments in both the adult and pediatric populations. Dr. Cole is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and is awarded the Certificate in Tinnitus Management by the American Board of Audiology. She enjoys working with a collaborative team that delivers the most precise and quality patient care using the most up to date, evidence-based practices. Dr. Cole is from the Arlington, Washington area. Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Cole enjoys traveling, baking, craft beer, reading, and spending time with as many dogs as possible.

Ray E. Jensen

Dr. Jensen received his undergraduate and master's degrees at UCLA and is a graduate of the Uniformed Services University of Health Science in Bethesda, MD. His residency was completed at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington state following which he served with the U. S. Army until starting practice in Olympia. Dr. Jensen is Board certified with the American Board of Otolaryngology and the National Board of Medical Examiners, and practices general ENT/head and neck surgery with additional interest in middle ear and mastoid disease. Dr. Jensen and his wife live in Olympia and have five children and twelve grandchildren.
