A kind of Wizard of Oz for EnerChange (he's rarely seen or heard in-person), Dale has been in the digital marketing/technology space for the past 15 years and holds certifications in a broad range of areas including social media and channel certifications from Google. He's also passionate about blockchain technologies.

Deeply experienced, Gregg (with either 1 or 2 "g" s) worked as a project engineer, plant operations engineer, and energy manager for the U.S. Department of Veterans Administration Hospital System in Texas and Minnesota. He oversaw the installation of one of the first Digital Building Management (BMS) systems ever installed at a VA Medical Center. You can bet he knows what he's doing.

Although we never know where she is working from, remotely (lately, Europe, though she's been to all 50 states and five continents), Greta manages client paperwork and utility billing information at EnerChange. She is passionate about resource conservation, having previously worked with CEE's Home Energy Squad and Minnesota Waste Wise Foundation.

Known affectionately as our Private Sage, Mark has a long history of improved financial and operational performance for commercial facilities as a customer-focused engineer applying extensive experience and expertise to reduce energy costs. He has been an EnerChange stalwart since 2012, even though he fantasizes about becoming a full-time camper.

EnerChange is lucky to have as our key partner, this tested industry veteran. Since 1997, Mike has been helping commercial, industrial, and multi-family customers conserve energy and save money on their utility bills. His Sagiliti clients include among others, General Mills, Dominium, and Medtronic. Tito (a dog) is the newest member of his beloved family.

Sometimes called our "brightest bulb" (because of his depth of experience in lighting), Ryan has for his entire career been interested in all things energy. Urban Planning educated, he has worked on projects ranging from steam trap studies, thermography and building envelope analysis. As a true "people person", Ryan always works from his client's perspective.
The latest new kid on the block, Simeon comes to EnerChange from the "client-side", having spent 9 years leading the Climate Action and Sustainability programs for the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Solidly based - philosophically, educationally, and experientially - we are delighted that Simeon is our newest EnerChanger.
Sustainable Steve has been at it a long time! He has creatively contributed to the birth and growth of many companies in his career. He is also a certified presenter with Climate Reality based in Nashville and speaks on subjects related to energy and environmental issues. He provided the original shape and content for the creation of EnerChange.
