Most of our employees have been with us for 10 years or longer and are licensed in their respective field. Each person maintains continued education in their field to keep up with todays ever changing world. This combined with the fact that there are at least seven shop trucks in the field on any given day is why some consider Estes to be the most responsive controls contractor in the state... The company was started in 1991 by Jack Estes, who at that time had 23 years..
