Alisse Caton

Alisse Caton is a Director of Development with Evergreen's Arizona Multifamily division. Prior to joining Evergreen, Alisse was a Land Use Planner where she was primarily involved with the design and entitlement of various development projects in Arizona. Alisse holds a Masters of Science in Geospatial Sciences and a Bachelors of Science in Urban Planning, both from Northern Arizona University. She is also a member of the American Planning Association and AICP certified.

Allison Reis

Andrew Skipper

Brad is a Senior Construction Manager in Evergreen's Industrial Development platform. He was born in Indiana and attended Purdue University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction Management. For the past two decades, Brad has worked for a large general contractor, a large financial institution, and developers where he managed projects as large as $130M. He has managed work in several product types including industrial, retail, office, and multifamily. Brad is married with two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending lots of time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding….well basically any activity outside.

Brian Dietz

Brian is a Vice President and the Industrial business line leader for Evergreen. He started the company's industrial platform in 2021 and leads the company's Industrial acquisition and development efforts. His nearly 20 years of institutional experience in commercial real estate includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and leasing. He has a passion for Industrial real estate and has held positions at some of the industry's most prominent institutions. Prior to joining Evergreen, Brian was a VP, Investment Officer for Prologis, the world's largest owner of Industrial Real Estate, leading its capital deployment efforts in Denver and Phoenix. Brian has also held positions at Opus Development Company, the Black Creek Group, Lauth Group Inc, and a previous stint at Prologis in its Strategic Capital group. Brian earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. He is a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy.

Bruce Pomeroy - Chairman

Bruce Pomeroy co-founded Evergreen in 1974. In addition to his management responsibilities, Bruce supports Evergreen's Acquisition Team with strategic planning, deal structuring and negotiation. He also works with customers and employees to continuously improve the quality of Evergreen's development work and increase the value created through Evergreen's relationships with its customers. Bruce has more than 45 years of real estate development experience and currently serves as a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). For ICSC Bruce teaches nationally, a course on advanced real estate development. He sits on the board of the Salvation Army, Los Angeles Metro and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College.

Bryan Lamond - VP

Bryan is a Senior Vice President at Evergreen Devco, Inc., and is responsible for sourcing retail and mixed-use development projects, value-add shopping centers, and site acquisition work for national retailers throughout Arizona. Bryan is actively involved in underwriting, site planning, deal structuring and negotiation, and preliminary due diligence. Bryan works closely with Evergreen's Development Managers to ensure that each project is aligned with the needs of the surrounding community and delivers the maximum value to investors. He is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as his Church and local Little League baseball organization. Bryan has 15+ years of experience in the retail real estate industry, most recently as Evergreen's Director of Leasing and Director of Acquisitions. Bryan started in the industry as a retail broker, which allows for a unique understanding of the landlord and broker's perspective. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2016. Bryan is not sure why his name was spelled with a ‘y,' but is glad that it was.

Cara Cunningham

She's a born and raised Phoenician who grew up in North Central Phoenix, attended Xavier College Prep and graduated from Northern Arizona University. Cara started her professional career as an elementary school teacher but has spent the last 17 years working in commercial real estate. She joined Evergreen in 2023.

Dana Dragon

Doug Leventhal - COO

Doug Leventhal is Evergreen's Chief Operating Officer. Doug is involved with all aspects of Evergreen's retail commercial development, managing capital and investor relationships as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the company. Doug is the Designated Broker for Evergreen Commercial Realty, the brokerage arm of Evergreen. Doug earned an undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and both a Master of Architecture and Master of Business Administration Degree from Arizona State University. Doug's professional community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Valley Partnership as well as serving on the Board of Advisors for REIAC Southwest and participating in ASU's Real Estate Council. Doug brings two decades of construction field experience along with his pre-con experience to the Evergreen/Nexus team working for CSI, Colorado First Construction (CFC), JHL Constructors, and Millender-White Construction which includes about 4,000 multifamily units. He joined Evergreen in 2023.

Eddie Atanazio

Eddie is a Sr. Construction Manager at Evergreen where he oversees all construction at Evergreen's multifamily in the Utah and Idaho markets. He has been in the construction industry for 15 years involved in multiple complex projects such as retail, multi-family, office, hospitality, educational, healthcare, tilt-up buildings; and construction delivery methods including competitive bidding, negotiated contracts, design-assist, design-build, tenant improvement, CMGC, DFCM, government, contracts, GMP and cost plus contracts. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with emphasis in Architecture from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Eddie joined Evergreen in 2022.

Erica Calman

Erica spent several years actively involved in Valley Partnership, an advocacy group for responsible development in Greater Phoenix, and was a member of the 2017-2018 Valley Partnership Advocates Class. She was the first Evergreener to graduate from the Small Giants Leadership Academy and is a Certified Small Giants Leader. Erica chairs Evergreen's Social Committee where she organizes employee programs for personal and professional improvement, social networking, and health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Masters of Arts in Education from University of Phoenix.

Erika Shorter

Erika joined Evergreen in 2013 and has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate having started out in the finance and real estate departments for publicly traded Wild Oats Markets and subsequently as a top producer and Vice President at SullivanHayes Brokerage, specializing in tenant representation and landlord leasing. Erika has a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is an executive board member for the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and serves on the property board of the Volunteers of America of Colorado (VOA).

Erin Sheehan - VP

Erin holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2006.

Heather has over 12 years' of commercial real estate experience, having started her career as a licensed executive administrator for one of the top retail brokerage teams in Denver, Heather then transitioned to retail brokerage full-time with a boutique firm. Prior to her tenure with Evergreen, Heather was a Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI) where she was responsible for the lease-up of over two million square feet of grocery-anchored assets in Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

Javier Jasso

Jazzmine Clifton

Jazzmine works on commercial real estate ground-up development, as well as horizontal infrastructure construction developments. She is involved on both ends of the development life cycle from the acquisition of the land, entitlements, and through the disposition of each asset. She performs a variety of real estate-related assignments within the daily operation and management of large-scale horizontal and mixed-use developments. Jazzmine works in collaboration with consultants (architects, engineers, and contractors) to help expedite the development process. She facilitates the marketing, negotiation, and sale of land/developed property held by and controlled by the company, implementing the company's pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management to succeed investor projected returns.
