Alisse Caton is a Director of Development with Evergreen's Arizona Multifamily division. Prior to joining Evergreen, Alisse was a Land Use Planner where she was primarily involved with the design and entitlement of various development projects in Arizona. Alisse holds a Masters of Science in Geospatial Sciences and a Bachelors of Science in Urban Planning, both from Northern Arizona University. She is also a member of the American Planning Association and AICP certified.

Allison is Vice President of Development and is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle, overseeing projects in California and Arizona. Allison works closely with Evergreen's acquisition, leasing and property management teams. She has 23 years of experience in the commercial development industry. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology and has been with Evergreen since 2003.

Andy Skipper co-founded Evergreen in 1974. Andy works in the general management, strategic planning and new business opportunities of the company. He has been active in real estate development with Evergreen for over 45 years. Andy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Forestry from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master in Business Administration from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Brad is a Senior Construction Manager in Evergreen's Industrial Development platform. He was born in Indiana and attended Purdue University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Building Construction Management. For the past two decades, Brad has worked for a large general contractor, a large financial institution, and developers where he managed projects as large as $130M. He has managed work in several product types including industrial, retail, office, and multifamily. Brad is married with two beautiful daughters and enjoys spending lots of time with his family. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, snowboarding….well basically any activity outside.

Brian is a Vice President and the Industrial business line leader for Evergreen. He started the company's industrial platform in 2021 and leads the company's Industrial acquisition and development efforts. His nearly 20 years of institutional experience in commercial real estate includes acquisitions, dispositions, development, asset management, and leasing. He has a passion for Industrial real estate and has held positions at some of the industry's most prominent institutions. Prior to joining Evergreen, Brian was a VP, Investment Officer for Prologis, the world's largest owner of Industrial Real Estate, leading its capital deployment efforts in Denver and Phoenix. Brian has also held positions at Opus Development Company, the Black Creek Group, Lauth Group Inc, and a previous stint at Prologis in its Strategic Capital group. Brian earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business, and a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. He is a certified graduate of the Small Giants Leadership Academy.

Bruce Pomeroy co-founded Evergreen in 1974. In addition to his management responsibilities, Bruce supports Evergreen's Acquisition Team with strategic planning, deal structuring and negotiation. He also works with customers and employees to continuously improve the quality of Evergreen's development work and increase the value created through Evergreen's relationships with its customers.
Bruce has more than 45 years of real estate development experience and currently serves as a Trustee of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). For ICSC Bruce teaches nationally, a course on advanced real estate development. He sits on the board of the Salvation Army, Los Angeles Metro and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College.

Bryan is a Senior Vice President at Evergreen Devco, Inc., and is responsible for sourcing retail and mixed-use development projects, value-add shopping centers, and site acquisition work for national retailers throughout Arizona. Bryan is actively involved in underwriting, site planning, deal structuring and negotiation, and preliminary due diligence. Bryan works closely with Evergreen's Development Managers to ensure that each project is aligned with the needs of the surrounding community and delivers the maximum value to investors. He is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers [ICSC], Urban Land Institute (ULI), as well as his Church and local Little League baseball organization. Bryan has 15+ years of experience in the retail real estate industry, most recently as Evergreen's Director of Leasing and Director of Acquisitions. Bryan started in the industry as a retail broker, which allows for a unique understanding of the landlord and broker's perspective. Bryan holds a Bachelor's degree from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2016. Bryan is not sure why his name was spelled with a ‘y,' but is glad that it was.

Cara is a Retail Leasing Assistant at Evergreen where she assists in the lease-up of retail projects in Arizona, Utah, California, and Colorado by tracking the leasing pipeline, deal status, key transaction information, lease abstracts, hand-off meetings, and more. She's a born and raised Phoenician who grew up in North Central Phoenix, attended Xavier College Prep and graduated from Northern Arizona University. Cara started her professional career as an elementary school teacher but has spent the last 17 years working in commercial real estate. She joined Evergreen in 2023.
Chris is a Principal at Evergreen and oversees all business activities in California along with his business partner Rogg Collins. His primary responsibilities include creating shopping center development opportunities throughout California and crating relationships with new retailers to help facilitate their expansion plans. Chris also works closely with our existing retailer clients and is actively involved in store placement strategy, site acquisition and assemblage, deal structuring and negotiations, preliminary due-diligence, site planning and deal documentation. Chris has more than 20 years experience in real estate finance, investment and development and has worked for both public and private real estate companies focusing on different product types. He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science with emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Southern California. Chris has been with Evergreen since 2005.

Dan is General Superintendent for Evergreen and has been in the commercial construction industry for 40 years, managing a wide range of projects; from tenant finish to large-scale, high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals and multifamily. He holds a Class A General Contractor's License and Supervisory Certification.
Dana oversees Evergreen's real estate consulting services work for lenders, law firms, insurance companies, portfolio consultants, investors and owners. Her team provides development, property management and asset management for commercial properties nationwide. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry managing tenant roll-outs and developing stores for retail users and has completed development work on over 100 projects. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from UCLA and has been with Evergreen since 1993.

Doug Leventhal is Evergreen's Chief Operating Officer. Doug is involved with all aspects of Evergreen's retail commercial development, managing capital and investor relationships as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational aspects of the company. Doug is the Designated Broker for Evergreen Commercial Realty, the brokerage arm of Evergreen. Doug earned an undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Economics from Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia, and both a Master of Architecture and Master of Business
Administration Degree from Arizona State University. Doug's professional community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Board for Valley Partnership as well as serving on the Board of Advisors for REIAC Southwest and participating in ASU's Real Estate Council. Doug has been with Evergreen since 2000.

Doug McNeal is a Director of Preconstruction in Evergreen's Colorado Multifamily business line, responsible for multifamily project pricing, buyouts, contracts, and Nexus systems]. Doug comes to Evergreen after spending 9 years at Trammel Crow Residential as their Pre-Construction Director. Doug brings two decades of construction field experience along with his pre-con experience to the Evergreen/Nexus team working for CSI, Colorado First Construction (CFC), JHL Constructors, and Millender-White Construction which includes about 4,000 multifamily units. He joined Evergreen in 2023.
Eddie is a Sr. Construction Manager at Evergreen where he oversees all construction at Evergreen's multifamily in the Utah and Idaho markets. He has been in the construction industry for 15 years involved in multiple complex projects such as retail, multi-family, office, hospitality, educational, healthcare, tilt-up buildings; and construction delivery methods including competitive bidding, negotiated contracts, design-assist, design-build, tenant improvement, CMGC, DFCM, government, contracts, GMP and cost plus contracts. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Construction Management with emphasis in Architecture from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Eddie joined Evergreen in 2022.

Erica is responsible for customer service calls, maintaining tenant lease files, managing relationships with existing and potential vendors and managing tenant and vendor insurance certificates. Her extensive background in various aspects of employee site selections for large international companies brings strong analytical and organizational skills to the team.
Erica is a Vice President, Development in Evergreen's Arizona office, overseeing multiple complex real estate development projects in Arizona, California, Colorado and Utah. Erica spent several years actively involved in Valley Partnership, an advocacy group for responsible development in Greater Phoenix, and was a member of the 2017-2018 Valley Partnership Advocates Class. She was the first Evergreener to graduate from the Small Giants Leadership Academy and is a Certified Small Giants Leader. Erica chairs Evergreen's Social Committee where she organizes employee programs for personal and professional improvement, social networking, and health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and a Masters of Arts in Education from University of Phoenix.

Erika is a Principal at Evergreen Development and focuses on acquisitions in the Colorado market, which includes collaborating with landowners, brokers, tenants, consultants, and municipalities to create and construct retail and mixed-use developments. Erika joined Evergreen in 2013 and has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate having started out in the finance and real estate departments for publicly traded Wild Oats Markets and subsequently as a top producer and Vice President at SullivanHayes Brokerage, specializing in tenant representation and landlord leasing. Erika has a BS in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is an executive board member for the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and serves on the property board of the Volunteers of America of Colorado (VOA).

Erin is Vice President | Property Management and is responsible for the daily management of assets in Evergreen's portfolio as well as assets controlled by third-party ownership. She is responsible for maximizing the total return for each asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance. She works closely with tenants and vendors to reach the ultimate goal of increased NOI. Erin holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication from Arizona State University and has been with Evergreen since 2006.
Ferlicia Lai is Senior Accountant at Evergreen. Having graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Ferlicia spent a decade honing her skills in the manufacturing industry. where she discovered a passion for numbers and attention to detail. Upon relocating to Arizona in 2009 she pursued a career in Accounting. Ferlicia has since established herself as a competent and proficient accountant, with seven years of experience under her belt. She is fluent in Mandarin and well-versed in reading and writing Chinese.

Heather Wiseman is Vice President of Leasing with Evergreen and leads the retail negotiations and tenant mix strategy efforts for the company's developments, which currently span four states (Arizona, California, Colorado, and Utah). Heather has over 12 years' of commercial real estate experience, having started her career as a licensed executive administrator for one of the top retail brokerage teams in Denver, Heather then transitioned to retail brokerage full-time with a boutique firm. Prior to her tenure with Evergreen, Heather was a Leasing Executive with Weingarten Realty (NYSE: WRI) where she was responsible for the lease-up of over two million square feet of grocery-anchored assets in Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah.

Javier is Evergreen's Associate Construction Manager and is responsible for pre-construction. He works closely with the Development Managers and the Director of Construction -Retail. Javier has more than 4 years of experience in commercial construction. He holds a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. Javier has been with Evergreen since April 2021.
Jazzmine works on commercial real estate ground-up development, as well as horizontal infrastructure construction developments. She is involved on both ends of the development life cycle from the acquisition of the land, entitlements, and through the disposition of each asset. She performs a variety of real estate-related assignments within the daily operation and management of large-scale horizontal and mixed-use developments. Jazzmine works in collaboration with consultants (architects, engineers, and contractors) to help expedite the development process. She facilitates the marketing, negotiation, and sale of land/developed property held by and controlled by the company, implementing the company's pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management to succeed investor projected returns.

Jeff is the Chief Development Officer | Multifamily where he leads Evergreen's multifamily development pursuits. During his career, Jeff has developed numerous multifamily communities in Colorado and the southwest. He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, a member of National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Jeff holds a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Stanford University. Jeff joined Evergreen in 2012.

Jeremy is Vice President at Evergreen where he leads Evergreen's multifamily development and value-add pursuits in the Utah and Idaho markets. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years. During his career, Jeremy has developed and acquired multifamily communities across the United States and internationally. Jeremy has significant experience in structuring joint ventures and in the financial underwriting of complex real estate transactions. He is a licensed real estate agent in Utah and a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC). Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Economics with a minor in Chinese from Brigham Young University. Jeremy joined Evergreen in 2021.

She has 6 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, and her previous work as a Commercial Real Estate Broker brings valuable experience to her position managing commercial projects. Laura Ortiz is the President and a Managing Principal of Evergreen and oversees the company's retail and industrial developments along with its Leasing, Acquisition, Development and Construction personnel. Laura graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Arizona. She serves on the Boards of NAIOP and Valley Partnership. Laura has been with Evergreen since 1994.

Leanne Koppes is responsible for the daily management of assets in Evergreen's portfolio as well as assets controlled by third party ownership. Her knowledge in the property management segment of commercial real estate is centered around lease administration and vendor services. She uses her strong customer service and organizational skills and works closely with tenant and vendors to reach the ultimate goal of increased NOI.
In my free time you'll find me spending a lot of time with my family. I have two grown daughters and two grandsons, plus 4 bonus grandkids. I like to go to concerts, dance or play volleyball.
