Clark Leuthold is a longtime West Valley resident. He is both a licensed Arizona attorney and licensed Arizona fiduciary whose primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and conservatorships. His background also includes tax law, family law, alternative dispute resolution and criminal law. When Clark is not at work, he is an active volunteer in his church and community. Both Paul and attorney Michael P. Faith are certified Real Estate Specialists through the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Thomas R. Atkins

Thomas R. Atkins is a West Valley native whose primary areas of practice include real estate law, business law, and civil litigation. After graduating from Penn State Law, University Park, Pennsylvania, Mr. Atkins was admitted to the practice of law in Arizona in 2018. During law school he served as an Editor of the Penn State Law Review and as a member of the Penn State Law Civil Rights Appellate Clinic. Mr. Atkins is a determined and experienced litigator who works hard to get the results his clients need and deserve. When Mr. Atkins is not attending to his clients he enjoys hiking, golfing, and watching Premier League soccer.
