Bianca has been a part of the Farrell Faber team since 2014 as a drafter. She grew up in South Africa where she obtained her bachelor's degree in City Planning. She's gained years of architectural experience working closely with design professionals, jobsite visits and engineering consultants.
Bianca and her family enjoy traveling, wine tasting, cooking, gardening and anywhere that has beautiful sandy beaches and crystal blue water.

Brian brings over 25 years of experience in Single and Multi-Family Architecture to his Project Manager position with Farrell-Faber. Although Brian went to school for Mechanical Engineering, after graduating, he found himself working for a Residential Designer in Washington State and decided that architecture was the path for him. In early 2000, to further his career, Brian moved to California with his wife and two children and they have never looked back.
Now that both his children are grown up, Brian spends his off-time coaching high school basketball, screen printing apparel and hanging out with his wife.

Jeff came to work for the family business in 2017 after swearing to 1) never work in an office setting 2) never move back to Santa Rosa and 3) and never showing in interest in the family business. After graduating college from Washington State University, Jeff worked in several senior leadership roles across the resort, restaurant and retail industries in Arizona and California.
Outside of work you can find Jeff at a sporting event or enjoying the culinary array of wine country. Jeff wants a dog but is currently at odds with his wife over which breed to get.
Justin Leonard is a Santa Rosa local with experience in graphic design and 3D modeling. While new to architecture, he has a background in mixed media arts, and is a practicing musician. His other interests include hiking, and attending live music performances in Sonoma County.
Kevin grew up in Sonoma County before heading off to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo to receive his BArch in 1983. He also spent an unforgettable year studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark. Together with Shaun Faber, he founded the award-winning architecture firm, Farrell Faber and Associates in 1989 and continues to be its managing principal.
Kevin has been married 34 years. He and his wife, Kim, have two children - a son who is a business strategist for Farrell · Faber and a daughter who is a Spanish teacher at Elsie Allen High School. Kevin is an avid cyclist and has been a coach for Team in Training. His other interests include traveling and cooking and he is a die-hard San Jose Sharks fan. He also enjoys serving others as a deacon in his church.
Kim has filled many roles throughout the history of but currently oversees the financial operations of Farrell · Faber and Associates. Her keen attention to detail and thoroughness are assets that serve the team well in this role.
Kim has been the supportive wife to Kevin for 34 years and is also the mother of our Business Strategist, Jeff. Kim enjoys traveling in her free time as well as volunteering in the community at organizations including Bridges Pregnancy Clinic.
Along with Kevin Farrell, Shaun was a founder of Farrell Faber and Associates in 1989 and was the creative force behind many of its award-winning designs. His inspiration was a driving force in creating hybridCore Homes and keeping it on the forefront of innovation. Despite having no formal training, Shaun had a natural eye for good design which he was always honing through his travels.
Unfortunately, we lost Shaun at the young age of 50 in October of 2017. He left behind his wife Karin and his three children. His two sons, Zak and Scott are following in his footsteps by working in the Construction Management field and his daughter, Katie, is using her design skills studying at FIDM Fashion Institute.
Tyler has been a part of the Farrell Faber team since 2017 as a drafter. He grew up in Chico where he studied drafting and CAD technology.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and watching and playing sports. His favorite teams are the A's and Warriors.
