Amber joined our team as a Technical Sales Representative in June 2021, and became a certified First Responder. Amber brings experience in analyzing production data, management, and payroll. Ben assumed the role of Project Manager in 2020 after investing several years at Fibrebond. Ben began his career at Fibrebond in 2014 as a Manufacturing Engineer and later transitioned into a Technical Sales role for Fibrebond's Power division. Ben's knowledge of the manufacturing process, and his skills in problem solving and design help in providing the best solutions for Fibrebond's customers. Ben is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Brad has more than 20 years' experience in both designing and managing projects through the manufacturing process at Fibrebond. Brad began his career at Fibrebond in March of 1998 as a drafter and has held several other positions in the company, including team leader for the Education product line, project designer and project manager. As a project director, Brad is responsible for assisting with significant company-wide projects for the data center and power industries. Brad is a graduate of Northwest Louisiana Technical College, and in 2003, became a certified Drafter from the American Designing Drafting Association.

Brett joined the Fibrebond team in January 2016 as a Business Unit Director over the genset sector. Nearly four years later, Brett assumed the position of Business Development Manager. Prior to joining the Fibrebond team, Brett graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2006, with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and invested 8 years at International Supply Company as a Sales Manager. Brett brings deep knowledge and experience to the industries that Fibrebond serves.

Camila joined Fibrebond full-time in June 2020 following her graduation from the University of Houston with a degree in Electrical Power Engineering Technology. Prior to her joining the team full-time, Camila was a participant in Fibrebond's summer Engineering Internship Program, and upon completing the program, she worked remotely for Fibrebond while simultaneously completing her undergraduate degree program.

Chase joined the Fibrebond team in February 2014 as Inside Sales Manager, and in 2017 he was promoted to Director of Business Development for Power. After graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a BA in Financial Investments and Marketing, Chase held positions such as Estimator and Regional Account Manager for a Chattanooga-based power integrator. At Fibrebond, Chase's deep knowledge of the power industry helps him understand and meet client needs from quote to delivery.

With more than 10 years' experience at Fibrebond, Chet is familiar with all aspects of the business and leverages that knowledge to provide customers with the best solution for their project. Before his current role as Business Development Manager for the Power division, Chet served as the Director of Fibrebond's Field Services division. He has also worked in a technical sales role at Fibrebond, and has product knowledge extending across all Fibrebond markets. Chet is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in business management and entrepreneurship.

With more than a decade of design experience with Fibrebond, Chris oversees the design of some of Fibrebond's most challenging projects in his role as Engineering Director. Chris has completed a wide range of highly technical designs, including single building and multi-module facilities for both concrete and steel Fibrebond products. Chris excels in reviewing and implementing the customer specifics to create innovative designs, which are code compliant, all while meeting aggressive timelines. Chris had seven years of experience as a Senior Design Engineer before joining Fibrebond, and he holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

As Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond, Clinton oversees preliminary building design, estimated building cost and preliminary scheduling to provide clients the most accurate information. Clint came to Fibrebond just before completing his MBA from Louisiana State University in Shreveport in May 2015. Clint also graduated Cum Laude from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, La., with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology.

Connor started working at Fibrebond in the Electrical department in the year of 2019. He was recently promoted to Technical Sales Representative in June 2021. Connor looks forward to continuing to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers, as well as winning bids and providing accurate estimates in his new role. Connor resides in Benton with his wife. His hobbies include hunting, grilling, and home improvement projects.

Dan joined Fibrebond's Business Devleopment team in 2020. Dan previously invested 14 years at Oldcastle Infrastructure, and brings to his job a vast knowledge and experience in shelter manufacturing, equipment integration and design/build construction. Dan has managed accounts for fiber, telecommunications, power and energy customers throughout his career. Dan lives in Gilbert, Arizona, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, Dan enjoys boating, off-roading and snowboarding.

David joined the Fibrebond team in 2014 with two years of project management experience in the telecommunications industry. After working in our telecom division for several years, David is now a Project Director for Fibrebond's genset customers. David works closely to coordinate all aspects of a project from when an order is placed until it arrives at site and has completed some of Fibrebond's most complex projects to date. David is a 2010 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Eugene joined Fibrebond as a Technical Sales Representative in June 2021. He graduated in 1987 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Eugene then went on to obtain his Master of Business Administration in 1998 from Centenary College. Eugene's most recent position was in Regional Sales and Project Management in the industrial construction sector. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and reading. Eugene is striving to become an asset to the Fibrebond Sales Team and overall organization.

Graham has served as Fibrebond's President and CEO since March 2015. After joining Fibrebond in 2004, he was named CFO in January 2006. In 2014, Graham started Fibrebond Power, the company's division that builds complex engineered-to-order projects for the data center, petrochemical, power generation, and power distribution market verticals. As President, Graham has accelerated the company's diversification and growth strategy and led the 2015 acquisition of an Illinois-based generator enclosure manufacturer. A second generation owner of Fibrebond, Graham is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on several local business and charitable boards. Graham studied History at Sewanee, a Top 25 liberal arts college, where he graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He earned an MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University and worked in corporate banking prior to joining Fibrebond. Graham lives in Shreveport, Louisiana with his wife, three daughters and son.

Heath joined Fibrebond in the summer of 2017 as a Project Engineer for our Power division and was recently promoted to the role of Engineering Director. He works closely with Fibrebond's project management team and our customers to produce highly detailed drawing sets for power distribution centers. Prior to joining Fibrebond, Heath worked for CITGO, where he gained hands-on field experience with a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment. Heath is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Hector joined Fibrebond in 2017 as our Director of Business Development for Data Centers. Hector is dedicated to working closely with our existing data center customers and gaining greater market share within the industry. Hector brings more than a decade of experience in business development from his previous work with an aluminum cover manufacturer. Hector is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and he holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Hector lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Ike has more than 10 years of experience at Fibrebond. Having started as a design engineer in 2006, Ike has played a major role in Fibrebond's breakthrough into the solar market, which then led the company into the development of its Power division. Ike has experience in the conception and design of products for all of the industries Fibrebond serves. An honors graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Ike holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a master's in Business Administration. He is well versed in the National Electric Code (NEC) and AutoCAD.

Jay joined Fibrebond's engineering team in 2015 as an Electrical Engineer for the Power division, and he now works as an Engineering Director and oversees projects for our Genset division. Jay has more than 10 years' experience working with power packaging systems, having worked previously for Holt CAT in Dallas. Jay is a 2004 graduate of Purdue University and Butler University's Engineering Dual Degree Program where he acquired a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.

Justin joined the team at Fibrebond as a Project Manager in June 2021. He is a graduate from Louisiana Tech University, class of 2018, with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics. Justin lives in Blanchard with his wife, Emilee and his daughter, Madison. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping, building custom fishing rods, and spending time outdoors with his family. Justin is looking forward to diversifying his knowledge with new technologies and equipment and getting to know his coworkers, who he hopes to form long lasting friendships with.

In 2012, Kalan began his career at Fibrebond as Assistant Supervisor in the Electrical department. He was promoted to Quality Assurance Testing Coordinator in July 2019. Kalan has since been promoted to Project Manager in June 2021. Kalan resides in Minden with his wife, Danielle. They are foster parents who care for children in their home from time to time. Kalan enjoys fishing, scuba diving, hunting and wood working. When asked what he looks forward to the most in his promotion, he stated that he is looking forward to working with customers and continuing to help build the best product on the market.

Kim has played an integral role on the Business Development team for eight years, serving customers across several markets. Prior to joining Fibrebond, she worked for Marvair, where she held many positions within the organization, including Parts and Warranty Manager, U.S. OEM Sales Manager and U.S. Director of Telecom Sales. Kim is a native of Valdosta, Georgia, and attended David Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tenn., and later Valdosta State University in Georgia.

Lance assumed the role of Technical Sales Representative March 2021. He graduated in 2013 from Louisiana State University. Lance previously worked in the civil construction industry for 6 years, those positions included: Estimator, Scheduler, and Assistant Project Manager.

Lorrie has invested more than 12 years at Fibrebond and brings 29 years of design experience to her role as a Project Designer. Lorrie is experienced in designing the electrical, mechanical and structural systems for telecommunications and power projects. She takes a hands-on approach to her job and works closely with production, quality and project management groups to ensure projects are executed to specification. Lorrie holds an associates degree in drafting and design from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
Martee joined Fibrebond in 2013 and has had responsibilities for Scheduling and Bill of Materials, and in 2018 was named Vice President of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Support. Prior to Fibrebond, Martee was the Site Director for Dr Reddy's Shreveport Operation, a large pharmaceutical manufacturing operation. Martee excels at balancing our business development team's customer commitments with our manufacturing team's ability to execute.

Michael has served in several roles during his career at Fibrebond. Michael started his career in 2004 as an Installation Technician. During this time, he worked with Fibrebond's large telecommunications customers to write and develop a set of national standards specific to the installation of their equipment. Michael also worked in Quality Assurance before transitioning to his current Project Management position. His hands-on technical and quality experience allows him to ensure that all elements of a project are built and integrated properly. Michael and his wife, Kristyn, have three children and serve together as worship pastors at their church.
Michael joined the team as a Project Engineer after obtaining his Master's degree from Louisiana Tech University in 2020. Prior to graduating, Michael interned as a Mechanical Engineer and worked as a Land Surveyor. Michael continues to deepen his experience and knowledge of each industry Fibrebond serves.

Michael joined Fibrebond in 2015 after working eight years for Reed Industrial Systems, Inc., in Shreveport. As a Project Director, Michael brings years of experience in successfully leading projects from design to completion, as well as troubleshooting skills to meet unforeseen demands if they occur. Michael is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mike assists Fibrebond's telecommunications customers from building design through the delivery of the shelter to site. Previously manager of Fibrebond's Fairfield, Calif. plant, Mike has expertise in all aspects of shelter manufacturing. Mike joined the company in 1985 in the Conduit & Electrical Department and was later promoted to supervisor before transferring to California.

Patrick Caraway joined Fibrebond in February 2017 assuming the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick came to Fibrebond from a regional oil and gas service company where he served as the CFO. He began his career at an international public accounting firm where he specialized in state and local taxation. From there, Patrick moved to London, England, where he worked in international tax strategies. After his move back to the United States, Patrick continued his work in the taxation of clients in the construction industry. Patrick is a certified public accountant with a degree in accounting and an MBA from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.

Penny has worked at Fibrebond for more than 25 years managing all aspects of projects for wireless clients. Among other duties, she coordinates client site requirements with manufacturing production and manages our quote to cash cycle for major telecommunications clients. Penny holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Louisiana Tech University.

Ritchie has 26 years of experience at Fibrebond and has excelled at our most challenging projects. Ritchie takes on the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at the end of 2018, and in that position he will begin to oversee all phases of manufacturing and transportation. Ritchie has great relationships throughout the organization and holds very high expectations of himself and everyone he works with. He has experience with all Fibrebond product lines and understands what is required to make a project successful for our team and the customers we serve.

Scott Schober joined Fibrebond in 2018 as a Design Engineer. He has an extensive background in designing a broad array of products including commercial structures, industrial machinery and equipment for the Department of Defense. Scott has also been responsible for developing process improvements, upgrading manufacturing tooling and designing new test procedures. Scott holds a bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University in biomedical and chemical engineering. He and his wife have five children and one grandson.

Steve has more than 15 years' experience in the telecommunications industry and brings vast knowledge to his role as Technical Sales Manager for Fibrebond's telecommunication and T&D customers. Steve has estimated projects for Fibrebond's telecom, power and data center product lines and his detailed understanding of those industries allows him to provide accurate proposals to our customers on the front end of their projects.

With more than 15 years' experience with Fibrebond, Tim has been an instrumental part of Fibrebond's successful diversification into new markets. Tim was involved with the establishment of the Power division in 2014 and brings more than 10 years of project management experience to leadership of Fibrebond's project management and engineering teams. Tim has managed projects for our customers in power, renewable energy and institutional projects during his career with Fibrebond. Tim previously worked as a Project Controls Engineer for Burns & McDonnell Engineering. Tim graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with honors and holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

Starting at Fibrebond in 2005, TJ brings hands-on experience to his position as a Technical Sales Representative. TJ has worked with all Fibrebond product lines and integrated mechanical and electrical systems in Fibrebond enclosures. Having worked on customers' highly-sensitive equipment and ensured that all systems are fully-functional and compliant with NEC standards, TJ has an eye for detail and knows how to meet complex project requirements.

Bringing more than 40 years of sales and marketing experience to his role at Fibrebond, Tom has worked in the power sector for 23 years, managing marketing, sales and strategic account activities, all while growing profits. As a professional engineer licensed in Tennessee, Tom's product knowledge and experience make him a valuable resource for clients. Tom is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Structural Analysis and Design Discipline.
