Herman has experience in Martial Arts, Boxing, and Kickboxing. He has coached amateur boxers registered under USA Boxing since 1998 for National Golden Gloves and Silver Gloves competitions. He has also coached a UFC professional fighter; helping to shape his boxing skills which propelled him to victory in his first match on August 07, 2009... Sharon has also been certified as a NASM CPT since 2008. She has experience as a NEDITA Certified Aerobics Instructor and is a Registered Nurse (RN).
