• Mechanical Design Engineer

Dave is a mechanical design engineer specializing in fixed automation. Since Georgia Tech he has worked 25 years in machinery design and construction. Dave knows what part fabricators, assembly personnel, service technicians, shop and project managers need to work quickly and efficiently and he delivers it. His hallmark is innovative but simple and elegant design. Dave likes to quote Einstein, who said. "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not more simple". (Actually we are tired of hearing Dave repeat this but we thought we'd humor him.) Dave has designed many machines from the ground up in a variety of industries. He holds 4 U.S. utility patents and has three pending patent applications.

• Communications Design Engineer

Robert is a communications design engineer. His primary experience is in the design of fiber optic communications circuits. Because these fiber systems interface with many types of other communications systems he has extensive experience with broadband CATV systems, Baseband Video and Audio systems, as well as various data transmission systems. His work extends from the design of the communications circuits through the design of optical component control circuits and the design of high-speed analog to digital conversion circuits. Robert has a special talent for turning ideas into products while meeting aggressive schedules.
